By car
From JFK International Airport:
Head north on JFK Expressway and take the ramp to I-678/Belt Pkwy W/Van Wyck Expy. Merge onto Nassau Expressway and then take the ramp onto I-678 N/Van Wyck Expressway. Take exit 10 on your left in order to merge onto Grand Central Pkwy West toward La Guardia Airport/Triboro Bridge. Take exit 10E-West for I-495 West toward Manhattan. Continue toward I-495 West. Keep left at the fork, and follow signs for Midtown Tunnel/I-495 West and then merge onto I-495 West. There will be a partial toll road. Take the exit toward East 37th St. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for 38-40 Sts/37 St. Turn left at East 37th St. Turn right at 3rd Ave. Turn left at East 51st St. Turn right at Park Ave. and then turn right at East 56th Street.
