I was travelling with my couple. For us the hotel was fine, of course it depends of what you want or expect for an hotel. The price is good, but don't expect the Sheraton. A four or five star hotel in Delhi is quite expensive. We stayed twice and the first time, outside the room it was very noisy until midnight, but personally that didn't bothered us. The second time we had a very quiet room. You should ask for a quiet room. The rooms are clean, spacious, they have internet. The staff is always very attentive (of course, they always want a tip, but giving 20 rupees is enough). They helped always for things we needed, for exemple, we wanted to go to a drugstore and an employee even walked with us to the place. The metro station is very close. Maybe for some people the surroundings are not quite nice, but almost all indian cities are like that. For us it was Okay. The neighborhood is a very safe place, with a huge market place nearby where you can buy whatever you want.

Hotel Classic has real charm. The pre-booked transfer from the airport could not have been smoother, especially given that my flight was over 2 hours late arriving. Most of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I really liked the room I was given. My room was extremely clean, cosy, quiet and had everything one might need (television, fridge, telephone, writing desk, comfy chairs, extremely comfy bed). The furniture may not have been very new, but it was fine. The bathroom was also extremely clean, nothing flashy but perfectly adequate. There was also a nice roof terrace for sitting out - with the addition of some chairs and plants this could be an extremely nice place to lounge around for a while. Breakfast served in room also worked well. I would definitely stay here again. If you do decide to stay at this hotel, or indeed any other hotel in Karol Bagh, check out the nearby Ajmal Khan Park to see the local population enjoying all this small park has to offer.

I rate this as my worst lodging experience in India ever. Room did not look anything like the pictures. I had asked for a triple room but I got a double with an extra bed arranged when demanded. Staff mis-behaved when I contested being put in a double room. Bathrooms were clean but room was very dirty. Supplies were horrible. For the exorbitant charges for an below average economy hotel. Stay away from these frauds.

this hotel is absolutly overpriced, and, if you are a tourist, quite far from the places you want to hang around. in addition, it was quite dirty with hairs on the bed and on the floor.

From the airport take the NH8. Reach Dhaula La Kuan and proceed until the Ridge road. Turn left in Pusa road. Then turn right in Gurudwara road. Straight on for about 250 metres. Spot on the left Ratnakar Bank. Then turn left.

Confirmed. It will then have right NOT to provide you
accomodation on arrival.
In case of no show or late cancellation, one night will be
charged to your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
