We had a great experience at the Napolit'Amo! Everything is as described in the listing. The location is great and easy to get to with the Alibus from the airport or train station. It is a very convenient location for visiting historic sites. The rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable! Breakfast is plentiful and great! I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Have some Euro coins ready for the elevator(.10 at this writing).
Thanks Napolit'Amo !

Napoli is quite a big city, and if you look for a nice, pleasant place to spend your night, with a very good breakfast in the morning, then Napolit"amo is THE place. Forget luxury and overpriced sunctuosity. Let yourself immerse into history and warmth of Napolit"amo-so well located that we could reach the port walking-with travelling bags!

We have been travelling around Italy for about 3 weeks now spending 1, 2 or 3 nights in various hotels and unfortunately found this to be the poorest value for money to date. The room was a bit dirty with the floor, toilet and shower not clean.

Some problems confirming the length of my stay; the information does not seem to have reached the hotel staff smoothly from your page and I needed to make sure by e-mail I was booked until the day of my flight off.

The staff was always very friendly and capable to help. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast was good. I got recommendations for sightseeing, public transport etc. during my days in Napoli. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and would recommend the albergo to my familiy and friends. Melsy, Janet and Robert: Thanks a lot.

This was an excellent value hotel in an ideal location for getting to the port to visit the islands. Also easy to walk to places of interest in naples. Staff were very helpful and accommodating- we were able to check in at 8am having just arrived on an overnight ferry from palermo. Also offered to keep our bags a night or two if we were going to islands. Rooms were simple but v clean. Breakfast was good.

The twin room I booked was too noisy for my taste being on the main street. I was given instead a room with a double bed on the side street which was fully satisfactory. The staff were most helpful. The location is convenient being very close from the airport bus stop and from some of the Napoli main monuments.

We had a great experience with this hotel. The people were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but very clean. The locks on the door are not the greatest, but they do have a safe and safe deposit box in the room. It was a bit noisy at night outside with car alarms and the garbage men emptying dumpters, but it was not too bad. You have free internet access which is a plus. The breakfast was small however. The location is great--you are near tons of shopping and great restaurants and bakeries. When you take the R2 bus and get off at Piazza Municipio, walk back towards the way the bus came from (walk away from the castle) and Via San Tommaso d'Aquino will be on your left. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings on the left right when you turn down this street. We would definitely return here and would recommend it to everyone!

I stayed one night. The staff was very friendly and the accomodations were great for the price. It was also very clean and I liked that there was internet and breakfast included. The only problem I had was finding the hotel once I got off the bus. The map provided with is not very detailed with the streets. Otherwise I'd stay here again.

Although the hotel was dificult to find (even for multiple taxi drivers), once we were there we enjoyed our stay. The original room we were given had only a small double bed, which would not have been good for four nights. Our reservation indicated a King sized bed so the staff allowed us to move to a new room with a "matrimonial" bed. That second room with the french doors to a small balconey was very pleasant for four nights. The breakfast room was the best part of our stay. The food was only average but the view over the city was great. We felt the price vs. quality was very good. Great location and experience for the price.

The room window opened into a side street quite close to a major street with lots of traffic, other rooms are right aside of it, so an open window can cause a lot of noise in the room.
With closed windows (doubled) it was fine, air condition existed.
The room locks are a joke (the simplest ones with a keyhole) and do not provide a feeling of security.
The breakfast was ok.
Central location with a bus stop of many major bus lines just 50 m away on Via Medina, Alibus 200m away, close to Shopping area.

Good place to stay. You are in a safe part of the city, near to the Castle Nouveau and close to Via Toledo which is a great shopping area. The hotel is basic, but clean and roomy - I thought that the price was right for location and quality. You get a basic breakfast, so don't expect a fry up! Is a bit difficult to find at first, as the hotel is on the third floor - the entrance is a general one for other offices/ hotels, so you can miss it. I would definitely recommend a stay here - particularly if you are looking for somewhere safe, near to key sights and reasonably priced.

The Hotel Napolit’amo is a very good choice for a hotel with a middle price; room not very big, but OK, everything was very clean; the room window had a direct “view” to a wall +-1 metre away, but to compensate almost any noise could be heard ; the sound proofing of the room is not very good, but we were lucky and there were no noisy people in the nigh we stayed there; breakfast was good enough and people in the reception were friendly. Reception and breakfast room had a simple, but cosy decoration. Make sure you have a better/more detailed map than the one it is in the venere site, or you wouldn’t find it so easily! We went by taxi and didn’t have any problem (but the taxi driver first had to ask a colleague were the street was!). Don’t forget having available 1 coin of 10 cents to pay the lift (specially if you have heavy bags) as the Hotel is in the 3rd floor of the building! The hotel is located in a nice area of Naples, although the city overall is very, very noisy, with very heavy and confused traffic, very polluted and dirty. It has some very nice historical buildings that surely deserve a visit, though! After Naples we went to Sicily where we spent 10 days. Strongly recommend the Hotel Gutkowski in Syracuse and Hotel La Pensione Svizzera in Taormina (in this one if you have a car and heavy luggage, reserve a parking space!).

The Napolit'amo hotel was very nice, and is brilliantly located in the city centre. It is a bit hidden away in a corporate building. The room was nice enough, simple but clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the overall feeling afterwards is that we had booked a very much OK place to stay.
The only two 'bad' things about the place are the noise (my Italian improved enormously by overhearing word for word the mobile phone conversation of the woman in the next room at 5am), and the price (but this applies to all accommodation in Napoli: as there are relatively few hotels in the entire city, prices are about 150-200% of what they would could/should be. At €70 per night (ca. £50), it is very similar to London hotel prices, and those are famously overpriced..)
Anything negative pales into insignificance when you leave the hotel, and find yourself smack bang right next to the Via Toledo (1 minute walk), the harbour (4 minute walk) and the Piazza Plebiscito (7 minute walk). In other words, you are right next to anything you might want or need. And with the coffee, food and people, nothing beats Napoli anyway.

30% of total amount was take by my credit card befor my stay in hotel.
However in general quality/prive is good.

The map on this website is not very accurate, and when we arrived and I told the girl we got lost, she did not seem to care. We wandered with luggage for over an hour with the map from this website. We had to buy a map, and ask some locals before finding it. For the future patrons, the hotel street is located off via Medina. Find via medina and across from the bus stop and fountain area is the street. Other than that, I had no complaints. Other than improving breakfast with more food selections. It was very clean and the facilities worked well. I would stay there again. They have several locked doors and they give you keys to all of them. Two elevators are available as well.

Perhaps calling it 3* is a little bit of an exaggeration, but the Napolit'amo was certainly an excellent budget hotel. The rooms were clean and well air-conditioned, the hotel staff were helpful and the location was perfect - a few mins to the main shopping street, the port or the Castel Nuovo and the Palazzo Reale. Excellent value for money.

We stayed three days in this hotel in our holidays to visit the importants sights in napoli.
The hotel is nice and has soundproofed windows, so you don´t hear much from the streets. But the doors are not very thick, so there comes some noise.
Breakfast is not very different, always the same. But for three nights ok.
The hotel is not easy to find, best you buy a streetmap at home about the centre of napoli.
The surrounding is ok, but not the best. better surroundings are near the harbor but more expensive. try not to get a hotel a the central train station. no nice corner.
nice plesaure is the gratis internet in the hotel lobby.

Very good hotel in the center of the city with a garage (20m - 18 euros/day). The quadruple room wasn't very spacious but clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast and very welcoming staff. To find the hotel, we hadn't got problem : you have to follow "piazza municipio" and then, the map on the hotel's website is clear.
I recommend it.

Piccolissimo hotel. L'ascensore e' a pagamento. Fortunatamente l'interno dell'hotel e' pulito e confortevole.
Very small hotel. Located at third floor of a building where other offices are. Elevator is not toll free. Once inside the hotel you'll find a clean and comfortable space. Rooms are large and well equipped. Bathroom is extremely clean. Double thick glassed windows, though my room view was against a wall.

This hotel is great value for money. Located close to the port and Via Toledo it is agreat location for exploring the sight sof Naples whilst offering a quiet retreat at the end of the day. Although in wuite a busy area we were not troubled by any noise problems.
The rooms were spacious and clean for a 3 star. The breakfast was adequate and staff were friendly and helpful. Would defintiely recommend as value for money and location.

Fortunately our taxi driver from the airport knew the hotel location but it could be very hard to find if you don't have a map available. Print one off from the hotel website before you go! Please don't be put off by the exterior of the hotel - it feels as if you are going into a very grimy building but once the door opens onto the hotel floor then we as a family were very reassured by both our welcome and the general cleanliness and quality of the rooms. Please note that the lift requires coins to operate! Ok if you are young and fit but could be a problem for elderly or disabled. The staff were happy to oblige on all our requests. The surrounding area took time to explore - and although the staff were happy to provide some suggestions for restaurants etc. it would be very helpful if they had a noticeboard of reasonable and welcoming restaurants that perhaps spoke some English. Also to possibly advise on local visits/cheap deals as that is why most people come to visit this fascinating area! Overall we were very pleased with our stay and were happy to have our boys of 12 and 14 have a separate room. Once the windows were fully shut the noise from the outside and very busy street reduced considerably. Naples is very busy and noisy but then we went there for it's innate charm and not it's luxury and pampering. Please note that the breakfast although edible is very repetitive.
If we came to Naples again we would happily use this hotel for a second visit.
