This was a lovely hotel but it is a long way from the town up a huge hill which isn't mentioned in the blurb about the hotel. Still, the staff were lovely and we enjoyed our stay.

The website said it's only 3-minute walk from Myknoss town, actually it's 20-minute walk for young people, and all the way up the hill. Though this is not the hotel's fault. They don't provide free pick-up service from the port. I sent them 2 emails asked about pick-up and directions, they didn't reply any. The swimming pool looks great, unfortunately I haven't time to enjoy it. The room is with a view of the sea, though very far.

This hotel is up a VERY steep hill approx one mile from the port and main town. Walking down is a breeze, but walking up is tough especially when you have luggage. There is a bus from the ferry port area about every hour or you can obviously catch a cab. Once you are up there, not much to do, but this is a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. If your visit to the island of Mykonos is to "party" definitely find another hotel closer to town. But if you want a quieter hotel away from the very busy downtown area, this is a good option.

the location was a little more far from downtown than indicated on web pages but was overall a good accomodation. the staff was gentle and professional. the hotel overall is nice and the rooms are located all around a beautyful mediteranean garden. some room(not our) have sea-view. the manager (Panos)is a kind person we was allways at disposal of guests for any need and in my case helped us in renting a motorbike and arranging a new accomodation in naxos island giving refereces and not charging for the call. breakfast was very good!

Hotel Aeolos has recently opened a new location just 30 mtrs. from the old one. I think we were the first clients in this new area.Clean,spacious and the owners very friendly.The hotel is located not in the centre of Mykonos,the better way is to rent a motorcycle..we spent a really good time and was the begining of Spring...
