The hallways were being refurbished and were filthy - no one bothered to explain or apologise. The room itself was also in need of refurbishment and the bath was a disgrace. Main line trains,which pass within 100 metres, could be heard in the room.

Definitely not a 4-star Hotel. The room was in a very poor condition. The Walls were worn, as well as the bathroom. The bath itself was also in a very poor condition. The major problem was the lack of hot water (!!!). The water was barely warm and taking into account that I arrived there with a flue, that was not the best of what could happen in that stay...
Overall I judge this hotel as overpriced and not typically of Swiss standards.
