The Auberge Manoir Ville-Marie B&B Inn is a Montreal City Park hotel, ideally located within walking distance of Old Montreal, Canada. Behind this charming hotel, the St Laurence River forms an ideal backdrop, against which you can go walking, jogging, cycling or roller blading in the Montreal City Park. Only a two-minute walk from the hotel, this green space is renown for its cycling paths and summer theatrical events.
Constructed in the mid 1890's, the Auberge Manoir Ville-Marie B&B Inn has a long tradition of hospitality, where nuns once aided Montreal's under-privileged citizens. Instead, as a privileged guest, you can take advantage of the hotel's concierge service and their many suggestions on tourist attractions, cultural events, restaurants and car rentals. The outdoor patio, offering magnificent views over the St. Lawrence River and its port, is one of the hotel's most attractive features.
No less appealing, however, is the spacious function room, which can be hired for business events up to 65 people. There is complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the property, as well as an Internet Point at guests' disposal. Bikes and skis can also be stored, safely and free of charge, in the hotel's storage. Small pets are welcome at the hotel.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By public transport
From the Voyageur bus terminal, go to Berri Metro station and take the green line. Follow direction to Honore-Beaugrand station, and get off at the Papineau stop. Take bus number 34 and get off on the corner of Moreau Street and Sainte-Catherine Street, right next to the Manoir Ville-Marie B&B Inn. It should take around 10 minutes.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation: credit card required/non-refundable/full payment required upon arrival/see other conditions.
For a stay of 3 nigths and more, the amount of the first night will be charged and is non refundable.
Modification: there is no service fee for change of dates, unless one of the cancellation policies applies (see below). There is no service fee for change of names. If the number of people change, there will be a new pricing depending on the number of people.
No show: the total amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card.
Cancellation - clause 1: if the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours before the day of arrival, $25.00 administrative fees will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours and less prior to the day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
Cancellation - clause 2: for the Saint-Jean-Baptiste (June 20th to 24th 2008), Canada Day (June 27th to July 1st 2008), Labor Day (August 29th to September 1st 2008), ThanksGiving Day (October 10th to 13th 2008), Christmas (December 22th to 25th 2008), and New Year's Eve (December 28th 2008 to january 1st 2009): the total amount of the reservation will be charged upon booking and is non refundable.
Cancellation - clause 3: High Season (June 13th to September 3rd): for any reservation on Fridays and Saturdays, the amount of the first night will be charged upon booking and is non refundable. For a stay of 3 nights or more: if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours and less before the day of arrival, the amount of the second night will also be charged.
Other conditions 1: Grand Prix (from June 5th to 7th 2008): minimum stay 3 nights. The full amount of the reservation will be charged on the credit card and is non refundable.
Other conditions 2: for a 5-night and more stay: a non refundable 50% deposit is charged upon reservation and the balance non refundable is charged 2 weeks before the arrival date.
