+ good location, very good breakfast - moody staff at reception

Excellent room -- roomy and nice bath area. Air conditioned! A little further from the train station than you advertised (and a little difficult to find), but it was a great location to access the metro and train. We had wonderful pizza at Pizzeria 40, just down the street. We stayed in Milan 2 days and loved the city!

There is no lift. The breakfast didn't satisfy our expectation and it took place in a very small room.

Bathroom was awkwardly small and tram line on the street outside. Room was comfortable and clean and the location was good. Close walking distance to 2 metro train stations. Would still recommend it.

The staff was nice and helpful and the hotel was ok. Luckily the italian school group only stayed for one night - their noise made all other guests stay awake. A park next to the hotel was perfect for jogging or an evening stroll.

The hotel is good located near the city centre but it is really loud and the rooms are rather small; I think that therefore the room was very expensive; I was in Rome 3 weeks ago and had a room in the city centre at around the same price which was much better than this one, and Rome is the capital of Italy. As I saw before the rooms in Milan are very expensive in general, but I don't think that the hotels in Milan are worth the expensive prices.

Convenient, small, unpretending, tidy hotel in the quarter of various hotels, nearby the shoppy c-so Buenos Aires and equally not far from Milano Centrale F.S. and splendid Duomo or gorgeous Galleria V.Emanuelle.Irreproachably careful, kind, sincere staff - simply reliable hotel for not so last long stay, where, seems, amiably look for you and look up to you. That's a merit.

Location was excellent, really easy to access all attractions by foot or public transport. Rooms were cleaned daily, with clean towels everyday. Staff were very friendly. Although breakfast area as cramped and very small. I would definately recommend this hotel to someone visiting Milan!

nice hotel in a good position - 1o min. by foot till Central station and 15min. till city center. nice restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.now the rooms with the view to the street with tram are noisy, but when they finish fixing works ( plastic windows), everything will be better.. now they are in the process. i would recomment this hotel for young people for leisure.

Brianza was in a great location, a short walking distance from some fantastic local ristorantes, the main shopping street, and metro stations. Service was fantastic, with comfortable rooms and a tasty breakfast each morning. I'd recommend Brianza to anyone going to Milan on a budget.

Everything is PERFECT and NEW, only one mistake..... The windows are not the best, too much noise and babel in the nights.
France, Mar 2008
the rooms are unfortunately very noisy because of the trams.

Nice and cheap hotel in an area close to the city centre. The room was very clean, but a bit small. Some noise from the trams passing by in the street outside the window. Nothing fancy about the hotel, but still good value for money.

Too expensive for that kind of hotel. I have paid same money for 3 starred hotels that I would define as 5 stars. This I would say 1 or 2 star that I wouldn't pay more than 20 euro/night. Stayed for only one night, but was more than enough for me. I would never return to this one. Very noisy, windows doesn't close, wasn't able to sleep more than one hour, because of window problem and it was on a street where tram start to make noise since 5am. Also shower was broken, however the room was pretty clean, but had a strange smell. Staff in the check-in that was during the night was very incompetentive, it was like I'm doing a favor to him to stay in this hotel since I entered the hotel... Didn't had any problems with them and didn't even complain, as I left next morning, but since I was in very much hotels, I know what type of service should be provided. Also there's no lift and no minibar in the room, which is really unusual for a 3 star hotel. Even if TV is Flat LCD, channels are all noisy - seems their antenna doesn't take the signal good enough.

Firstly, the location feels much further away than the 600m decribed here. Perhaps its the winding streets. Located between two metro lines, it was excellent for travellers like us to get around Milan on our own. The room is small but clean. The toilet is nice and bright too. A little bit noisy as the trams are passing directly outside the hotel and our room faced the roads.

Public transportation (tram) before the room was very noisy. Nevertheless the staff was so very friendly en helpfull, and the room was so tidy, that we recommend this hotel and use it again when going to Milan.

Hotel is clean, with modern room interior, well renovated. It was quiet enough in the room, because we lived in a room with windows NOT facing the tram line. Surrounding of the hotel is not very romantic since it is neigbourhood of a cental rairoad station (15 minutes walking). There are many cafes and restuarants around. Public Park is in 2 minutes of walking. City center can be reached in 30 minutes by foot.

The hotel/price is really good and well located. The only problem is that it is a bit noisy because of the TRAM, which starts 5 am. The room is big and clean, the breakfast is fine, except the woman who works there who is not very well-educated. There is a really good italian restaurant called Ristorante da Ilia Via Lecco, 01. 2 blocks away from the hotel. In general, everything was fine. I recommend.
