We just stayed for one night. It was clean and that was the most important for me. I would like to advise that in Spain this kind of hotel it would never be 4 stars, I think it is like 1 or 2 stars hotel.

Very good hotel considering the price. Do not wait a 4 stars hotel, but to visit Milan, it is a very good solution.

The hotel is not a 4 stars, but a good 3 stars. The bathroom was clean but old furnished. Near to the tube / metro but the location is not very good. [ITALIANO] L'albergo non è un 4 stelle ma un buon 3 stelle. Il bagno era pulito ma vecchio. Vicino alla metropolitana ma la posizione non è il massimo, troppo periferica.

We stayed here during our last two nights in Italy - arriving late, spend the only full day exploring Lake Como, watch ballet at Teatro alla Scala, and leave very early the second morning to catch a flight out of Linate. Not enough time to enjoy the nice big room! (We got a room with 3 beds even though we paid for a double room). The hotel is really close to the Crescenzago metro station and it costs 22 euros to take a taxi to Linate airport.

I arrived in the hotel and they don't have my reservation from VENERE. Anyway they give me a room at floor -1. The view of course was not very good but room was very quiet. In the bathroom the hairdryer doesn't work and the front desk told me just "I'm sorry, wait until tomorrow". Next morning I talked with manager and he assure me that when I will come back everything will be fixed. When I came back nothing changed, so I complained with the receiption and another guy tells me that unfortunately they are not able to fix. I ask to change room but they don't have room available, I ask for a new hairdryer but they say they don't have any available. After my strong complain as this is not a 4 star hotel, finally in night time they gave me an hold hairdryer. At the end, the hotel rooms are not new but acceptable, my rooms was quiet (fllor -1) and ari conditionai well working. Breakfast quit good. Location well serviced by near metro'. Access to internet by a Swiss Telecom and very expensive. Just behind the corner there is an internet point very cheap.

This was our first time at Adam. The personell was polite and let us into the room one hour eralier than the check-in time! The breakfast was ok. The public areas of the hotel were nicely decorated and gave a warm atmosphere. We were alouded to leave the luggage at the hotel also after the check-out-time to be picked up later in the evening - this was really good! In all the hotel was ok.

The service/assistance at Breakfast was poor, other than this minor problem, I felt this was a very nice hotel at a reasonable price.

The hotel is quite far from downtown Milan (the Duomo). We were 2 couples looking for 2 double rooms, and we wanted to save money. If we were to do it again, I would have spent more and just stayed closer to the tourist areas. The rooms were rather clean, but a bit run down (cracks in walls, etc....). It was comfortable and did the job but was not excellent.

An OK place to stay. Quite far from the center of Milano. But the metro stop is very close to the hotel. The price is very resonable, you wouldn't get anything for that much downtown, I guess. My double was 70 euros.

This is an excellent deal in the pricey Milano. Easily reached by subway, reasonably new and quiet, with friendly staff. The one drawback: There are no restaurants in the vicinity.

Please note that I reserved this room online, but when I arrived the receptionist said that they had no record of a booking. They did eventually give me a room, but there was no apology for the fact that they had no record of this. I have been put off from reserving hotel rooms over the Internet because of this. As for the facilities, the shower was fantastic and the breakfast was lovely, but I would have liked a tea/coffee-maker in my room.

This is a maximum 2-3 stars accomodation. Never, ever a 4 star! It is absolutely not worth the money. We paid nearly 100 Euro for a single room because of the fair period. I would pay max. 50 Euro for such an accomodation. Absolutely nothing special at all. Only nice thing is to have just outside the door the Green Metro Stop Crescenzago.

The staff were very helpful. We told the staff that we felt cold so they immediately bought an extra heater for us. In the brochure, there was tea maker in the room, I did not find any tea maker in our room. After I told them this, they immediately got a tea maker to our room. The staff tried their best to make us have a plesant stay there. We really appreciated a lot. The subway is close to the hotel. The maids in the breakfast room were very kind to us and prepare fresh strawberries for me because they remember that I love strawberries. Space in the room is mucher bigger than those we stayed in downtown. I would very much recommand this cost-effective hotel.

Very satisfied. A 4-star hotel in Milan for under 60 Euros is a good start already. Of course, it is nowhere near the centre, but the fast Milan metro takes you to Piazza Duomo in about 20 minutes - it helps a lot that the station is almost literally next door to the hotel. Room was nice, a good quality single, breakfast perhaps not spectacular, but good nevertheless. They also have a sauna and a gym, but I haven't has a chance to try those, so cannot tell. Staff was courteous, very English-speaking and attentive. Overall very pleasant, definitely at the top of the list of places where I'll want to stay in next time in Milan.

Location was not central at all - 15 minutes taxi from the station, facing an expressway and the main train line (i.e. noisy too). The only triples faced the main road - and this was LOUD. (And before hand we had mentioned to them that a quiet room was top priority.) Receptionist was cold as ice. We stayed only one night rather than two as planned. Also, this is billed as a 4 star - 2 star is the reality.

The area where the hotel is situated felt very insecure and there was very little commodities within walking distance. The person who checked us in did not speak a word of English and did not inform us of where breakfast would be served or what facilities we had at our disposal. The room, although clean, had some "boxed in" pipes which were quite noisy... All in all we did not feel that this was a 4 star hotel!

We were in Milan for the Wales v Italy game. The hotel was the best part! It's excellent if you're after a cheap but clean, pleasant and well-run hotel just out of the city centre. Easy access by train into the centre and we would definitely book there again. Pity the rest of Milan wasn't as welcoming to the Welsh fans!

I booked the room as a last resort,I spent the weekend at the Milan motorcycle exhibition.Next year I will book this hotel as the first choice, simply for the money, unbeleavable compared to other hotels costing twice as much.I expect the rates are considerably reduced due to the fact it is a little out of town,DO NOT LET THIS PUT YOU OFF!!! A minutes walk away from here is the metro, most efficient one I`ve ever been on, costs a Euro to get almost anywhere!!!Ten minutes travelling time to the centre of Milan. The hotel staff are immensley helpfull complemented by an excellent continental breakfast served until 10am, what a result!! Overall, truly a credit to the hotelier’s fraternity.

What a welcome change after our hotel in Florence. We found that the map did not explain that it was not within walking distance of the train station, but was a metro ride away. Lovely clean spacious rooms - and the breakfast was even better than you get in UK hotels. We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Milan as the price/quality ratio was excellent. Stay here instead of the city centre - metro station outside the hotel.

Very good hotel, clean and well appointed although the area has not got much to offer fo the holiday traveller. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 as we had done what we wanted in the first night. The staff were very good about this and had no problem cancelling our second night. The price we paid was fantastic for the type of hotel it was although it may have been due to being the weekend as the cost on the info sheet in the room was a lot more. We would use this hotel again if we needed to go to Milan. Breakfast was slanted towards the group of americans that were staying at the same time as us but as they numbered about 12 and we were 4 this is understandable, we didn't feel neglected, more unnoticed amongst a crowd.
