Tutto bene, un piccolo malinteso alla reception in quanto volevano addebitarci esattamente il doppio dell'importo pattuito! Fondamentale è stata la stampa della mail di conferma di venere.com, altrimenti avremmo dovuto pagare il doppio. (STAMPATE SEMPRE LA MAIL DI CONFERMA E PRESENTATELA ALLA RECEPTION)

The web pages failed to mention that this hotel was still under construction. There was work being carried out everywhere even on the corridor outside our room. Our room was spartan, lamps had no lampshades, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly when we arrived, it still had construction debris and the shower was completely clogged up. The bathroom was never cleaned during our entire stay despite complaints and shower gel and shampoo never replenished. We were not able to sleep due to the construction outside and despite complaints nothing was done or were we offered a different room. No explantation at breakfast about how it works and what was on offer, no one seats you and no one takes your drinks order and when we managed to give someone our order it took a long time with several reminders. One morning the breakfast waiter made a gesture of looking at his watch when we walked in for breakfast with still 20 mins to go until breakfast stops being served. Although the manager was very courteous, no improvements were seen during our stay and no compensation made.
