Nice and huge apartment, unfortunately in the kitchen the cooking area is missing (we only got a microwave). This hotel has NO reception so, when you'll arrive, you'll have to phone a local number to get the keys. This number is written on a veru little paper sheet on the entrance gate.... The very kind cleaning lady only speaks spanish (not a problem for us, as italian) and so if you need help you have to phone the usual number...
Personally I think it's a good rate for quality/price of you're looking for a budget stay in Miami. Just please remember to rent a car!

In the first night, it was quite cold, we did not have a blanket. We used the towels. On the next day, after we phoned to the housekeeper, a blanket was given to us. A hairdryer and a iron was also missing. Some days later a hairdryer lied in the bedroom. The flat is not very safe, because the kitchendoor has only one simple lock. It was impossible to close some windows. The aircondition is very loud. It is not possible to sleep with aircondition.

We enjoyed our stay. Instead of a small studio we got a 2 rooms apartement. It was very spaceius, clean and well furnitured. We got a kitchen but unfortunatly no oven. But over all we were very happy to spend our time in this unique place and we hope to come back !

information worth to know = you need to have a cellphone, this is the only way to find someone from the hotel and you need a car except for beaches.
i have book in villa harding but i was accomodated in "indian creek villa" (not very far, 1.5 mile) without any notice.
anyway appartment was nice, the cleaning is correct. employees are very reactive and very keen to help you.
regarding relationship between price/quality i would recommend this hotel
