It was Labor Day weekend and the one staffer at the desk was alone on Friday evening. More than 20 rooms (including ours) had no towels. It took 25 minutes to check in (only one person in front of us). The lobby is very nice, but the rest of the place is run-down. It was noisy all night long as the walls are paper thin and the clientele are there to party. The mattresses were so lumpy that I brought a chair in the room from the lobby to sleep on. The shower wouldn't drain so we couldn't shower on day two. It's a great location and a block from the beach. It's a mediocre youth hostel and not worth the price.

Arrived and there was no,and I mean NONE, parking available. The designated "loading and unloading" area was full of employees cars (3) and employees apparently took their break there as well, since we could not get even near the area for all the employees standing around talking. When I went in to ask where we should park, the receptionist was busy with a personal phone call and snotty when answering my question. (Answer was park 4 blocks down the street or 15.00/nite.)We left and didn't stay -found a room at the Day's Inn -right on the beach for a comparable price. I won't use Venere again to book anything.

Al llegar no encontraban mi reservación, luego apareció como un carto para 4 personas en vez de 2. Tuve problemas con la electricidad de cuarto, la televisión dejó de funcionar, así como las luces del baño, pedí resolvieran el problema y dijeron que no estaba registrado. A la mañana siguiente mi cuenta estaba cargada a mi tarjeta de crédito sin mi autorización, el manager nunca apareció y nadie me dió razón de por qué lo hicieron. Fué un atrevimiento total!
