We stayed in the pool lanai suite. It was very spacious & upscale with direct pool access. Everything about the room was perfect! The entire hotel staff, especially the night manager & his staff provided exceptional service. They were very attentive & professional! My compliments to De Soleil & it's wonderful staff!

We stayed in Miami for 1 week. Hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants. If you want to eat a good breakfast please visit Front Porch Cafe.

We've stayed at this hotel two previous times when it was The Regent then The Vincci and our experience was wonderful. This time, however, it was not so good. The hotel appears to have cut back on many of the services that made us want to return. The privacy curtain on the balcony is removed, the jacuzzi did not work properly, the beach service (chairs and umbrella) is no longer available, our room door was scraping against the floor. We attempted to get a discount off our room but were offered a free lunch instead. So, I will not be returning to this hotel if the services or lack of remain the same. I was very disappointed because I truly enjoyed my previous two stays and was hoping for a similar happy experience but it didn't happen.

The Vincci is a great hotel, good value, excellent location. Service was great too. Certainly the best of the hotels I have stayed in at South Beach

From Miami International Airport
By taxi: a one way taxi fare from the airport to the hotel will cost around $35.00.
By shuttle: the Supershuttle from the airport costs $20.00 for a one way ticket and will drop you directly at the hotel.
