HOLIDAY SEASON 2007 CANCELLATION POLICY For stays between 12/02/07 and 1/3/08, cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance to avoid a one night penalty (room & tax). Total prepayment for all one and two bedroom suite bookings is required by December 1, 2007 due to very high demand. The reservations department will charge the total prepayment amount (room + tax + resort fee) to your filed credit card number. INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Local tax is not included in the price. A Resort Fee Surcharge of $16.05 per room, per night (tax inclusive/subject to change) offers the following: access to the fitness center, entrance to Aquanox Spa, beach and pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, gratuities for pool & beach service, Just Us kids children’s program, first 10 pages of incoming faxes, toll free telephone calls and credit card calls, first 20 minutes of locals calls, scheduled shuttle service to South Beach, Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall and local area restaurants. The charge for In-room High-speed Internet access is $9.95 plus tax for a 24-hour period. Valet parking is subject to an extra charge; rates available on request.
