The hotel is near to the main street. My room was perfect but perhaps it should be mentioned for these rooms with window to the street. Also a link to chain "Hotel de Silence" should be helpful. I didn´t know that. Should be an advantage to the hotel for other guests.

Excellent location, good service in hotel and restaurent. The only problem we had was that my wife got food poisening just a few hours after eating at the hotel restaurent(a fish pate to start followed by a lobster main course)

Your website pictures give the impression that the rooms are more spacious, airey and better equipped than the room we were given which had just a small dormer window with no view whatsoever - unless you stood right up to the window and on tip toe - all you saw was the roof of the adjacent building and the covered walkway opposite.

This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location, right by the side of a peaceful and tranquil lake (except when the locals are on holiday!) The rooms are extremely comfortable and the staff are cheerful and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with dishes to suit most palates and the wine list is extensive. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and the only problem we encountered was that the rooms were not air-conditioned, but you can live with that when you have such marvellous views. Well worth a visit.

The hotel had not received our booking from you!
However they did have a vacany and were able to fit us in.
The evening meal wasa excellent - I like the "menu de terroir" idea - hoowever we had to eat in splendid isolation in the grand dining room which did rather lack atmosphere to say the least. However food and wine were excellent.
