Maybe other rooms are better there, but our was rather poor place; the room posted in internet for E 115, 3mx3m; well -if you really must go French Riviera; in the evening the receptionist informed that breakfast would be included, but in the morning version was different. When I refused to pay however, then quickly accepted. Description of the room was -with air condition, it didn't work, we were advised to open simply a window, but then due to light from outside you have to sleep in a daylight almost and noise from the street. Anyway do not expect soundproof windows. The piece of beach belonging to the hotel is aprox. half km. Positive -free parking!

We probably got the smallest room in the building. Indian summer, even for the Cote, but the aircon was out of order because of the renovation(they said, I think they already turned it off as we saw no renovation or construction)Therefore we had to leave the window open, which meant we got all the noise from the noisy traffic/boulevard in front of the hotel. Our room was very, very small, warm and run down, the bathroom not to todays standards and not 100% clean. On departure we saw some other rooms, they are better looking and more spatious. Staff friendly but not really interested. 110 eur/nt for this room not at all in line with others, not even on the Cote. Location is perfect though.
