We stayed in this hotel only one night. Despite other guests' comments, we found a nice hotel, a quiete place, a large room and kind employees. The only flaw is the zone surrounding the hotel: it's more similar to an industral one and not very suitable to tourist.

Clean but small rooms in out of town location. Station only a short walk away but across a very busy road and in a rather run down area. When we got there (May) the pool area had not been attended to and the water was green. As a budget stay this is fine. Do not expect luxury.

Hotel room dated and tatty but ok for price.
Bathroom not very clean and dated! Rooms very noisy. Could hear people in other rooms and loud music from pub next door.Continental breakfast very basic. Advise you to go for breakfast early as hotel ran out of food!!After people complained they did get some more however.Train station for Rome 10 mins walk from hotel, however very busy road to cross!!

There was supposed to be a shuttle service to airport according to website, this turned out to be a 2 minute ride in one of the hotel employees car for a charge of €15.

Reasonable hotel in excellent location for Ciampino airport. Unfortunately nearby airport means lots of noise from planes taking off. Pizza restaurant nearby suffered more - certainly the noisiest meal I have ever had with several big screen TVs competing with regular departures.

Location was said to be 2 minutes from the airport. This was only true for the way from hotel to airport in the very early morning with no traffic at all. The way from airport to hotel is much longer and with normal traffic (12 o'clock - midnight) it took more than 15 minutes.

Difficult to find, especially when it was dark as it was when we arrived. Need better info on location within Frattochie.
No elevator.
We arrived around 22.00 and wanted a sandwich. Not available at hotel and not within walking distance.
We would regard it as a one night hotel close to an airport, even though we think we discovered a pool as we were driving away in the morning.
