It looks like it was a great hotel at one point. The facilities are absolutely incredible. Employees were absolutely helpful but kind of insisted on that snobbyness of once the best hotel where it was clearly not anymore. (If that makes any sense)

Wir waren vom Roomservice sehr enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter haben es nicht fertiggebracht zu einer Flasche Wasser Gläser zu servieren. Und das nicht nur einmal. Des weiteren war es dem Service nicht möglich Aschenbecher auf unseren Balkon zu stellen. Regelmässig am Abend mussten wir den Roomservice anrufen um einen Bestellzettel für das Frühstück zu bekommen. Es wurde kein Duschgel und kein Shampoo aufgefüllt. Auf dem Badezimmerboden waren immer Haare welche nicht von uns stammten. Die Preise für das Frühstück sind eine absolute unverschämtheit. Was wir toll fanden war der Gepäckservice und ein 30 € günstigeres Greenfee auf dem Golfplatz. Das Hotel enspricht in keinster Weise einem 5 Sterne Haus. Maximal 3,5 Sterne.

Particular point of this hotel is that the lunch buffet. It was ultimate lunch.
