The staff on the reception desk were the rudest I have ever encountered in a supposed 5 star hotel.I stood at the desk on arrival for twenty minutes without even being acknowledged!Really unhelpful and their service was appalling.Waiters etc were fine but to be at the front desk and treat people so badly would put me off returning!5 star means better service and perhaps a smile!we arrived at 12 and were not given a room until 4 o, clock which I think is ridiculous with young children.

The Hotel whilst good should not have had a 5 star rating is with this in mind that the ratings above have been based on. The staff spoke bad english and where miserable.
