It is a shame that this five stars hotel does not provide wireless internet access to iphone customers. The purpose of an iphone is to have personal, immediate, and direct internet access for active young people. Now a days there is no need to be hooked up to a computer to get instant messaging and access to the rest of the world! No charge should be imposed upon customers willing to pay for a five stars hotel. We were in a three stars hotel in Granada just the weekend before and they even had wireless internet access and for free!! Otherwise, the bedding of this hotel is the best thing they have.

By underground
The nearest underground station is Gregorio Marañón (lines 7 and 10).

By airplane
From Madrid-Barajas airport take underground line 8 until Nuevos Ministerios, switch onto line 10 and get off at Gregorio Marañón.
