This was an excellent hotel in a great location. Close to all the main areas of interest and near to some excellent bars and restaurants.
The layout and decor of the hotel is first class and all made for a fantastic stay

wasn't really expecting the hotel to stay up to the standards set out on the website, but boy was it good! excellent location, near to Atocha, to the Prado, and to the wonderful square of Santa Ana with all the bars and restaurants it had to offer. I can fully recommend this hotel and location

the indication from the metro to the hotel were not clear and real, they state "a few meter from the metro" but it takes at least 10' of walk to reach the hotel.
once you find the hotel you will be for sure satisfied.
we checked-in at 2 o'clock in the might but they were nice with us.
I would suggest it for sure, and in case I will return to Madrid I will reconsider the stay in this hotel.

Modern boutique hotel situated centrally in Madrid close to transportation, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful hotel with a modern atmosphere .
Only a couple of blocks away you'll find numerous restaurants and outdoor cafes. Rooms are bit small but very clean and beautifully decorated. The assistant manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one when there were some difficulties with our room.

My first hotel while travelling Spain and it was the best out of 3. Though the key card doesn't work properly the first day but it got fixed sooner than we thought. However, the light inside the room is way too moody(dark) when I really want better illumination. Modern stylish interior stunned me. Would recommend to friends.

There are lots of good restaurents and tapas bars within walking distance of the Hotel Vincci. we were a couple on an early spring break. the hotel was idealy situated to the musemus and restaurents. easy to drop by and unload shopping and have a quick rest before going out in the evening.

Only one plug per room makes it difficult for those of us who have respirators, cell phones, and laptop computers!
Most of the television channles were in German rather than Spanish or English.
The maid forgot to put soap in our rooms on a daily basis -- we had to constantly remind the front desk to do so.

I stayed couple of days in Madrid. Hotel location is ok, couple of hundred meters from the entertainment area, bars, restaurants.
I found the hotel nice and the rooms are modern and chique. Bad thing is that you could really hear stuff from your neighbours, showers, etc.
I did not enjoy the breakfast, having to pay like 16 euros for it, while you can get for 10 euros a reasonable portion of tapas with wine. I would definetelly include the breakfast in the price, to make it all round satisfactory.

Very modern but comfortable room. Early check-in was not allowed so since our plane arrived in the morning, we were made to wait several hours to get a room. Staff let us in before the check-in time by about 2 hours, so that alleviated the problem somewhat. As in many city hotels, street noises were noticeable and woke us up at various early hours. That is a location issue.
First morning we had no hot water, but that was not a problem for the 2nd and 3rd mornings. We didn't report it and don't know what happened.
Very friendly staff. Yo hablo espanol, y por eso todos fueron muy agradables conmigo, aunque mi espanol es un poco "latino" (Mejicano) me dijeron.

Much better hotel and location than the Vincci Centrum. Personnel still a little iffy (receptionist was unable to locate a restaurant, had to make the reservations myself) but an improvement. They were aware I had stayed at another of their hotels, and that I was unhappy with the service there, and "hoped my stay at this hotel would be better." Rooms are very small, the location was very good, on a nice street, and only steps away from the Thyssen-Bornemisa and El Prado Museums. Overall, I was satisfied with most of the stay.

great location but construction works make it pretty difficult to access( not quiet either - when cars are stuck because of works they start honking, approx every 5 min). we had to wait our room be ready ( at 4.30 pm!) thou girls at reception were nice.
but in general its a great hotel, nice design. i think we ll stay there again.

The first time I was there (5 days) was very good but the second time (1 day) they told me they had problems with the air conditioner and they sent me to another Vinci hotel 4 blocks away. In this other hotel the air conditioner was not working, the room was very small and with no daylight at all. When I complained they were very nice to offer us free breakfast. I woulnd't have stayed longer in that room.

The hotel has a fantastic location - walking distance to most of the major sights and lots and lots of restaurants, bars and tapa and live music places just around the corner. If you like modern design, this is the place to stay. The room, facing the backyard, was very quiet (not easy to find in Madrid)and just beautifully furnished. The lobby and bar area are a wonder of cool design. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will certainly return.

Nice hotel : great design. Unfortunately, very poor service : although we called twice, we had to wait for our luggage for 2 hours (no apologize), public areas restrooms were absolutely disgusting, check-out took 20 minutes...

THe hotel is good value for the location and the prices quoted. The facilities are very new and the hotel is very arte moderne in its decor but can sometimes come across as a little pretentious. The room was comfortable but perhaps not the most efficient in its design as the bathroom took almost half the floor space. As we drove to the the hotel, it was impossible to park while dropping off luggage and there was no hotel parking which your information indicated that there was, I believe. The staff were very friendly and courteous but not very knowledgeable about Madrid. Our room faced the street and was very noisey to the point where we slept very poorly

O hotel é excelente. A restauração de edificações históricas com interiores modernos demonstram ser este hotel diferenciado e especial. A decoração poderia ser mais "clean", mas o excesso de modernismos não compromete a qualidade dos seus espaços internos. (português)

Very stylish, modern hotel within an older building! The photographs of the public areas do not do them justice -they are just beautiful. The high design found everywhere in the hotel made this a wonderful experience. Although this was the highest price hotel in which we stayed on our recent trip to Sevilla, Cordoba, and Madrid, we felt it was well worth it. The location is very convenient to many of the major attractions.

It has been a great deception because the hotel was barely finished, smelling paint and varnish, the employees were not welcoming and competent. The price paid regarding the service is much too high.
