I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. There is an elevator and a restaurant though it's got a limited menu. The staff was helpful and the location wasn't bad. It is not that far from the Royal palace. Close enough to the major landmarks.

It's nice hotel at Austrias distric in MDR. Excellent rate quality/price. Sure I will repeat same destination in setember. Now I'm tring to find hotels (***) in Zaragoza and Tarragona. Thanks

This hotel is probably not located in the best spot if you intend to visit the center. I f you like the Tpta de Toledo neibourghood its perfect.

The price-quality relationship at this hotel is good. The hotel is in a walking distance to the Royal Palace and the city center. There are also 2 subway station near the hotel. Recommended

The hotel has got a relatively central location. Although the immediate surroundings are not of the nicest kind, we found this hotel to be good buy. We got a room with a big terrasse on the fouth flour with a wonderful view of the city. That really made our stay.

The price-quality relationship at this hotel is very good. Reyes Catolicos is close to the Royal Palace and Madrid's city center. However, some employees did not speak English, and those who did were not the most welcoming ones. The beds could be more stable. All in all a nice stay with no serious problems.

This Hotel was very good. Good price, clean very good location. I have to send an special greating to Alfonso who works at reception. He is really competent. Very kind. He is always offering the best service. When I need to rent a car...... He did all the contacs..... Wich is very good for tourist people.

It is a very nice hotel not far from the city centre. There are excellent and not very expensive places to eat or drink. The only problem is that Spanish waiters do not speak any English or foreign languages, what's more menus are in Spanish with the imaginative names of dishes, giving you no chance to guess what it is! So I recommend you study Spanish typical dishes before going to Madrid.

We booked this hotel because it stated that it had airport shuttle service. Come to know, when we got to Madrid there was no airport shuttle service! The hotel guy said, you will have to take a cab because the public transportation shuts down early. The cab ride from the airport to the hotel was about half an hour and cost us 35 Euros! It did not start off well. The room we had stunk of cigarettes. Even the hallways stunk of cigarettes. The room was very small. The bathroom was not very clean. The employees did not speak or understand much english. One good thing about this hotel is the location. It is in the center so it is easy to get around. But overall, we did not have a nice stay at this hotel.

Grande albergo. La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi da Puerta del Sol passando attraverso variopinte vie ricche di bar e ristoranti. Camere ampie, pulite e molto (troppo?) colorate. Caro il garage, ma almeno per la moto è uso locale parcheggiare sugli ampi marciapiedi. Un'eccellente sistemazione, addolcita anche dalle mele gratuite offerte alla reception.

We stayed in a room facing the road. Bathroom was dirty and looked like it wasn't cleaned properly after the previous person left. Heating was done for 2 hours in the evening, "if it felt cold in the reception". After that, the room is left blazing hot and stuffy.. You cannot turn on any fan to improve circulation. We complained and were told to open the windows, upon which the room gets very cold!!

This should not be considered a 3-star hotel as it lacks many features and amenities of other 3-stars we stayed at in Spain. At best a 2 or 2.5-star. It is also located slighly out of the main tourist area, rather on the fringe (a brisk 15-min walk from Puerta del Sol, for example). This is OK as such but should be reflected in a lower pricing range.

This hotel is great value for money and offers easy access to central Madrid.The service at all levels was excellent and the hotel clean and welcoming.At these prices I would book it again.

Situato in un'ottima posizione per la visita di Madrid. Fermata del Vision Bus Turistico a pochi passi, metro a 200 metri, Palazzo Reale a 300 metri, bus di fronte. Bar per la prima colazione al piano terreno con normali prezzi da bar.TV satellitare senza programmi italiani ma gratuita. Nessuna presa telefonica per Internet. Non usate la cassaforte in camera: vi costerà un Euro ogni volta che aprite la porta. Non usate il frigo bar perchè i prezzi sono eccessivi, ma di fronte all'hotel il giornalaio vende le bibite.

The hotel rate does not include breakfast although this was not mentioned on the website. Otherwise, a functional and low cost no frills hotel.
