HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By airplane
From Madrid-Barajas airport: arriving from the terminal number 4, take the free shuttle bus to the terminals 1, 2 or 3 and then the L8 pink line towards Nuevos Ministerios and step off at Colombia stop. Then take the purple line n. 9 to Herrera Orria. You will find the property only 10 minutes on foot.
From the terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Madrid-Barajas international airport, take the L8 underground line and follow the aforementioned indications.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the lodgings are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the lodgings not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and incurs an extra charge of €14,00 per night.
Airport transfers are free of charge.
Access to the spa is included in the price. It includes use of heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, foot bath, Scottish shower, fitness room and gym lessons.
Use of the Wi-Fi Internet Point is not included. Pre-paid cards are sold at the front desk.
Use of the Wi-Fi and ADSL in-room Internet connections are not included. Charges upon request.
Extra beds are not included and they are subject to an extra charge of €60,00.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €18,00. Room service is free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy: Free of charge all cancellations beforte 24 hours prior 12:00 (midday) of the arrival date, in other case we will apply the first night charges.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
