Hotel modesto rispetto alle 4 stelle dichiarate. Chiedono il pagamento del conto al momento dell'arrivo. La stanza pulita ma piccola e poco illuminata. Necessita di nuovi arredamenti. uona e abbondante la prima colazione

Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Free breakfast was fabulous, staff was very helpful. Location is great: close to major attractions and easy metro access. Highly recommend to all travelers.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By airplane
From Madrid Barajas International Airport, take L8 metro to Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to L6 and get off at Cuatro Caminos. Finally, transfer to L1 and get off at Gran Via. The hotel is within walking distance.

TRANSPORT SERVICES
