Contratamos una habitación de tres plazas y nos adjudicaron una habitación doble normal, en la que tercera cama ocupaba practicamente todo el espacio disponible, impidiendo que se pudiera abrir el armario y acceder a la ventana para cerrar cortinas y bajar persianas.Tampoco se podia acceder a las camas con normalidad. El baño, bien.

The staff is very kind, the area is peaceful and connected, 100 metres from the Arguelles Metro station and 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Espana. The rooms are clean and the structure is new. The hotel has three stars but it approaches to the fourth. There is also a shop of "bocadillos con calamares" precisely on the other side of the road. Highly recommended!

The first time I stayed at this hotel was the third week of August, 1961(sic). I have used this hotel when, for 21 years, I was not able to use my own residence, just three blocks away. It is one of Madrid's most unpretentious, yet sensible hotels, which has, over the decades, maintained appearance, facilities and pricing in a just way, according to the times. High recommendation.
