Unique, charming and centrally located - the architectonical most fascinating Hotel in town - the Monopol Swiss Quality Hotel Lucerne is to be found directly at the train station, the Concert and Congress Centre of Lucerne.
The hotel is housed in a baroque style building, boasting enchanting partial views over the lake and offering spacious guest rooms, ideal to relax after a business day or travelling. The hotel has a great location. However cleanliness of the rooms and service were relatively poor for a 4* hotel.

The hotel is nice especially with the view and walking distance to many interesting places in Luzern. Unfortunately, there were noises from outside people who had been hanging around all night at the train station.

Lovely hotel in a great position across the road from the station and very close to the bridges and lake. The rooms were nice and spacious, bathroom was lovely with two basins and a bathtub. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
