the hotel is outstanding. views of the lake from our room and the outdoor public areas are spectacular. the service provided was first rate. while Switzerland is generally more expensive than the rest of Europe, the prices for food and bar in the restuarant were higher than one might anticipate.

Spectacular views of Lake Lugano below, and lovely grounds at this Villa hotel overlooking Lake Lugano! Our room was spacious, with a step down to living room area. Full breakfast buffet,plus cook-to-order egg dishes.Concierge very knowledgeable regarding restaurant choices along the lake, in Lugano, directions etc.
