The Hotel Minotel Federale enjoys a convenient location, just a short walking distance from the city center of Lugano, the breathtaking lakeshore and from Piazza Riforma with its popular outside cafés.
Housed in a building dating back to 1920, this hotel has been managed by the Galliker family with love and dedication.
The hotel provides the perfect setting for both business travellers and holiday makers, offering meeting facilities, a fitness area, a bar and a restaurant. Furthermore, at guests' disposal an Internet Point in the lobby area.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs CHF 18,00/24 hours.
Internet access is subject to charges. Prices are available on request.
Transfers to/from the railway station are free of charge.
Transfers to/from Lugano-Agno airport are not included and cost CHF 25,00 per car for up to 4 people.
Use of the fitness area is not included and costs CHF 15,00 per person.
Pets are admitted at an extra charge of CHF 15,00 per night (without food).
Breakfast is included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 1 day prior to arrival we
will charge the client for the first night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
