Eccellente hotel nel cuore di Lucca, un vero 5 stelle; camere perfette, un servizio impeccabile ed uno stile esclusivo. Il prezzo purtroppo e' quello di un 5 stelle ma del resto ne vale la pena visti i servizi inclusi ed in particolare il confort nella camera che si lascia sempre con difficolta' e nostalgia. Complimenti

Pricey - but superb. Staff were extremely helpful. Veronica and Roberto especially. The restaurant is very good.
