Please find attached an extract from your hotel's information on the Venere web site clearly showing Air Conditioning. An apology can go a long way! This was my first time and conversation in your country ever and you did not give me the impression I would have expected. Il nostro soggiorno è stato estramemente breve, ci siamo trattenuti solo due notti, ma la bellezza ed il fascino di Lubecca si sono comunque apprezzati. L'Hotel è pulito, centralissimo e facile da raggiungere a piedi da qualsiasi parte del Centro Storico. Non abbiamo apprezzato l'accoglienza estramente fredda e quasi distaccata, come se essere li fosse per loro un disturbo. Le stanze lato strada sono parecchio rumorose. La presenza di locali notturni nei pressi dell'Hotel e l'assenza dell'aria condizionata in camera rendono, per l'estate, queste camere poco confortevoli. D'altro canto la pulizia è impeccabile ed i servizi completi. Attenzione a differenza di quanto indicato il Check-in delle camere avviene dopo le 15.00.

It was my first time in Lubeck with my partner. About the poor evaluation for quietness of room, this is referred to the street noise while internally it was one of the quietest room i met. Lubeck is quite e clean, but the hotel faces one of the few noisy street. Anyway, we slept.. About the price, breakfast is plenty and good, but also expensive, and i didn't realized that is not included in the room price, readind the web site. Thanks and regards, PB
HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
Take the highway exit Lübeck Mitte and follow the Fackenburger Allee towards Zentrum. At the Holsentor, turn left into Untertrave and then right into Beckergrube.
By train
From the main railway station, cross the Lindenplatz and walk towards Holsentor, then turn left towards Untertrave and right into Beckergrube.
By airplane
From Lübeck airport, take bus line n. 6 to the city centre.
