solo he estado una vez en lourdes y este hotel el único encanto que tiene es la fachada y la situación que está apartadito del bullicio y al lado del rio, por lo demàs la atención a nuestro parecer fué nefasta, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, además la anecdota es que el servicio de habitaciones tendria que hacer unas clasecillas de como hacer una cama, pq lo único que hicieron los 3 dias de nuestra estancia es estirar la colcha de encima porque la sabana ni os cuento, además simpàticos a la llegada no lo fueron precisamente, recuerdo que solo presencié una sonrisa en el momento de la marcha, al pagar, jeje. bueno seguro que volvemos a lourdes pero no a este hotel. saludos.

We had a family room which was very small, however we were just using it as an overnight stop. It was ideal for that and very close to the centre so not far to walk. Parking was easy as they had a private car park.

I went here in other time, and it is very familiar. It is located a little separed but this is also good, to stay near the river and more restless than in the middle of the center

It's a good choice to stay in Lourdes, we easily found a place for the car, a we no more needed to use it, since the place is enough near the centre to go by foot, without being in the crowd.

We rent a room for four persons, our two children, my wife and I. The room was a little bit too small. And we had just two shower towels, two glasses, two soaps, for four persons. The welcome was excellent, the staff very sympathetic. The hotel is old, a little noisy, but clean. The provate parking is samll, but we enjoyed it. And it takes only 10 mn to walk to the sanctuaries. It was a nice stay.

What a beautiful place in serene surroundings. It is my pleasure to recommend this Hotel to all.

good service. very obliging. rooms small but adequate away from noisy areas but a 10 /15 minute walk to the grotto.this is my 3rd visit.

I found the atmosphere very welcoming and pleasent. The owners of the hotel were very accomadating. I was very happy at this family run establishment.

The lack of air conditioning is one problem, especially in the summer.

The room I reserved was not the room they gave me. I asked a double but they gave me a twin and after my request they didn't change it.
