Hi,
Hotel was otherwise excellent but it took almost one hour to verify my reservation, though I had all the documents with me. First answer was that they cannot find my reservation and asked some confirmation (fax) directly from the hotel. After 30 minutes waiting reservation was suddenly found, I do not know what was the problem. Hotel was also fully booked and finally I was really happy to get a room.
One plus: breakfast was included in the price, though I got an understanding it should not. I do not complain :-)
