From East of Los Angeles.
Take I-10 West to I-405 South. Merge on I-405 South to I-105 West. Proceed on I-105 West and exit at Sepulveda South (2nd Sepulveda exit). Drive on Sepulveda South Blvd (away from LAX) for 3/4 mile (1.2 km). The property is on the right.

From South of Los Angeles.
