Hotel Ritz Milner Hotel Los Angeles - Venere.com exterior - entrance The Ritz Milner hotel enjoys a prime location in downtown Los Angeles, at the corner of 8th and South Flower Streets, just a few blocks from the Los Angeles Convention Center and the Staples Center. Its excellent position near the city's many attractions makes it an ideal property for all reasons and any season.

The hotel is a stately building which has been recently restored to its original grandeur and offers a charming environment, with completely refurbished interiors and a welcoming staff.

Convenient to the subway with connections to Long Beach and Hollywood, the property also arranges tours to various places of interest such as Universal Studios, Disneyland, Home of the Stars, Six Flags Magic Mountain, the Paul Getty Museum, Knott's Berry Farm and the beaches.

Well this Hotel has some good points, its location is great ir your planing on going to the staples center or the nokia theater also its on downtown area, the subway terminal is 2 blocks away and from there you can almos go anywere, on the other side, the rooms are way i mean WAY to small, its like there is only space for the bed the night stand and thats it, its REALY noisy, the trash can bus comes every day at like 6:30 and you can use it as a wake up call, the morning breakfast is not that good, but theres an ihop just crossing the street and a subway at the other corner, the employees are nice and they help alot, they can set you up with tours if you feel like getting to know the city, the price is a little high for what they offer but considering the demand of the dates i went in i guess its ok.

The breakfast offered in the hotel dining room was poor. The place was rather dark, the tables and the chairs were somehow very old and well maintained. However, the hotal location and the price you pay are quite reasonable.

This was a great deal for the price. My room was not luxurious (by any stretch of the imagination!), but it was clean and the staff were polite and very helpful. The area was fine - probably not one to go walking around alone at night, but my companions and I had no problems.

the hotel was in the exact location I required, and the price was as quoted. The room was so cramped I could not open the drawers to put things in the dresser nor move the chair to sit at the desk. Alarms were left on all over the building each day that awoke me at all hours each morning and the desk was unable to solve it.

The good times of this hotel seem to be gone long before (about 1920 ..) now its just old and wrecked. Service was like in Germany - and this is no good rating! Best thing is simply the price, its quite cheap for its excellent downtown location.

By airplane
The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is about 17 miles/27.2 km from the hotel; approximate driving time is 30 minutes. Exit at Sepulveda Boulevard South. Stay to the right when out of tunnel and take I-105 East to I-110 North. Exit on 6th Street West and turn right onto S Flower Street. The hotel is located on the right.
