My first time to London. The hotel is conveniently located within a few blocks of Victoria Station but the information failed to note that the hotel is practically over the train tracks entering the station. None the less I was dulled to sleep by the "clickity-clack" of the trains as they went by. The rooms were small but efficient and clean. The breakfast was satisfactory and the free internet access was convenient. The desk staff could have been a little more helpful as I had informed them it was my first visit and I did not get the "complete" story on using the buses. I would stay again, from the perspective that I know what to expect.

The hotel was ok if you do not have too high expectations - rooms are good (clean & spacious), however, the lobby/breakfast room could be more cosy. The staff at the reception was not too polite. However, I would stay in the hotel again while in London.

I read many comments about Comfort Inn before choosing, and I was pleasantly surprised. I slept like a log and was satisfied with room service and information about transportation. Surely the next time I go to London, Comfort Inn will be my first choice.

We had a triple room and a single room.
The triple was ok, but the single was downstairs and had no view outside!
Furthermore the dining room was too small and had not enough tables so that people had to wait for breakfast.

Excellent hotel, very closr to Victoria Station, the Tour Bus, and the Coach Station. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean and a good continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful and there is free internet access. Will stay there again on the next trip to London. Bus from Coach Station to Heathrow was 2 pounds for Seniors.

For the price the property was not so comfortable (Comfort Inn) that closed windows muted outside noise. The air conditioner was a not-so-comfortable fan. Coffee dispenser never worked while I was there. Property tried to charge me twice, once on arrival and once on departure.

The staff was extremely solicitous, helpful, and nice and the location was great. Really liked the free breaky and all day tea. The rooms were nothing fancy, but were clean and nice and had good water pressure. Recommended for the price -- which considering the value of the US dollar to the pound was still spendy for us... :)

Good location, close to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace but noisy, since its right behind the station and the trains go about 50 meters away from the Hotel. If noise is not a problem, its well located, great restaurants 3 blocks away, a walk to Buckingham Palace, and very nice and attentive employees. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay but not recomended for those that need quietness to sleep.

Upon arrival, I was received by a very nice young lady who immediately gave me a fairly large, clean, and lovely room (#102). I would certainly use this hotel again. It's conveniently located near the Victoria Station and the area is safe for a single woman. Thank you for everything!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Although the rooms are a little small and stuffy they are very clean and have all the necessary facilities required. Of particular note was the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff at reception. Overall a very good value hotel in the heart of London.

Easy access to Victoria Train station and coach (bus) station. Nice, clean, quiet hotel, and with a good breakfast buffet. And--best of all-free and easy wireless (wifi). I will definitely come back--reasonable price, good quality. And the room is clean and spacious.

Although I had booked the room 3 months ago, they gave me the worst room in the hotel, in the sotano, 4 meters, without window. It was no possible to sleep there. I phoned Venere to complain and finally the second day they gave me another room that was normal, spacious and with a window to the street. I think the first room can't be offered in a three stars hotel at the price I paied.

The location of this hotel was really easy to find, when you arrived to Vitoria Station, you can find the exit for Vitoria Coast Station. When you reach the Vitoria Coast Station, Comfort Inn Buckingham Palace is on your left hand side only. Since they arrange the LG1 floor for me, a little bit notice and it can be easy to hear the train in and out !! But the overall feeling is Ok, the service of their staff just can say OK not so good and not so bad.

Stay and room was okay, but unfortunately checking out took more time than reasonable. The clerk thought his incoming phonecalls were more important than the people waiting in line. And each phonecall was accepted with a lot of sighing and was responded with eloborate browsing through a pile of papers or databases on his computer. Between two phonecalls he started to help a party that appeared later than I did. A major mistake by this clerk, who with this lack of client focus showed that he was not qualified for the hotel business.

l'albergo è molto pulito, carino e comodissiomo come posizione. L'unica lamentele è per le dimensioni del letto un po' piccole.
Il personale, comunque, è disponibilissimo. Grazie a Venere ho trovato, penso, il miglior albergo di Londra che unisce posizione-prezzo-pulizia.

This was perfect for the centre of London. The only minus if you don't like trains is that it is right by Victoria Station and our room did not have double glazing. Other than that the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed a fantastic stay in London. I thought the hotel was very good value for situe.

This is the second hotel that we stayed in London. The reason why we picked this hotel is simply the location and price. We only paid £69 per night and breakfast for two was included.
Since it was located at the back of Victoria Station, close to the coach station, it was hard to find from the main entrance of Victoria Station, specially it was the first time for us to be in London. Once we find it, it was pretty handy for us to travel between the hotel and the station. In fact, it took us less than 5 minutes to walk from hotel to the station.
The room is a bit small but it is normal in London. However, the bathroom is big with the London standard. I particularly like the size of the shower. A bigger than average person can take a shower there comfortably. So, with the price of £69 per night, it was a very deal.
Since we needed to catch a early morning flight flying out of London, we did not have time to have breakfast there. Again, since the hotel was not far from the Victoria Station, going to the Gatwick airport from there was trouble free. 90% of the sidewalk from the hotel to the Train Station was fully covered so we did not need a rain cloth even it was raining that morning.
The only problem for us with this hotel was the noise. We got a room in the basement located very close the main entrance. Yes. Our room was in the basement or the LG. We could hear who was entering the hotel and who was leaving the hotel. The sound proofing between rooms was good but the noise of people walking or wheeling their luggage above us still travel down to our room all night long. If you are a light sleeper like me, you would have some problem sleeping there; even the bed is very comfortable. Another issue was the window. Since the room was below ground level, everyone walking by would see everything in your room. We needed to have the curtain closed at all time. So, rooms in LG level is not recommended if you are light sleepers or if you want some privacy.

Very well located. However, you could hear the trains nearby (did not disturb my sleep but could incommodate some people). Breakfast was very basic and offered less selection than at another 3-star Comfort Inn in central London. Also, they ran out of some foood items way before the end of the breakfast period.

I stayed in a single room, and the space was more than adequate for one person. It was also clean, and I felt secure there as a single woman traveler -- even though I arrived quite late at night dragging a bunch of luggage & obviously looking like someone from out of town, because the area around Victoria Station is FULL of people looking like that, so the streets don't ever seem vacant or threatening. That said, they're also not beautiful: this hotel is close to the coach station and a major train station, and the real reasons to stay there are convenience and price, not aesthetics.
You might not want to stay at this hotel if you are extremely sensitive to noise, because there's a fair amount of noise from the train station. The trains don't rattle the windows or anything like that, but you do hear their brakes screeching a bit as they arrive at the station. This picks up especially early in the morning. I wore earplugs and it didn't keep me from sleeping, but I was definitely aware of it.
The staff was helpful. The phone in my room was broken, and they got me a new one within about ten minutes.
Breakfast is pretty good: several kinds of cereal, toast, juice, yoghurt. The coffee comes from one of those machines that can make espresso, capuccino, hot chocolate, whatever.
All in all, a good deal.

The hotel was in a good location which enabled us to walk to many of the sights in London. The room was newly renovated, clean and quiet. The breakfast provided cereal, bagels, yogurt, juice, and toast which gave us a good start to the day. The hotel clerks gave good recommendations with regards to restaurants and places to go.
