Overall impression was positive. Nice hotel in good location just minutes walk from the nearest underground station. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. The main problem I had with the hotel was the price of the breakfast - very expensive. So we walked to a nearby cafe instead. In addition, the room was a little small, but it was clean.

Rooms really very small. We had to change it after 2 days , because the door was broken from the beginning and nobody came to settle it. Breakfast is not included in the price. Very, very good location. Very close to the hotel there is a small coffee shop- tearoom with wonderful breakfast.

The location is excellent, near an underground station, easy to get to the Chelsea Flower Show and other tourist attractions. The streets there are safe and spotlessly clean. The room was small but quite, clean and perfectly adequate for our needs.

Came up to see evening concert..Iggy and spend sometime in the city, hotel was very good value for money, lots of facilities we didn't use, like the pool, room was quite small, compact clean and tidy, situated in quiet area off the busy main road, tube station in walking distance, would recommend it as a cheap, easy access to the city stop over, staff were polite and efficient, will come back again.

The hotel was in a good location and adequate, however, I felt that breakfast should have been included in the price.When we arrived we were told that we were being upgraded. If this was the case then I do not think that I would have liked the room we should have been in.There was no hairdrier as stated, the safe did not work and the swipe key was very poor.

In generale ci siamo trovati molto bene a Kensington Close e credo che lo terremo presente per futuri viaggi, in particolare i consierge erano sempre più che disponibili e avevano tutte le informazioni che potevano servire. L'unica cosa che non siamo riusciti a sapere prima di arrivare sul posto era se la colazione fosse o meno compresa nel prezzo della camera. La cosa non è specificata nel sito e, per quanto possa essere marginale, pensiamo sia un'informazione di una certa importanza soprattutto per chi ha un budget limitato. We found the hotel very fine and we will use it again. The consierges, in particular, were always very kind and they always have the information we needed. The only thing missing was if the breakfast was included or not in the price of the room. It should be useful, most of all for whom have a little budget.
