This was our first stay at La Suite. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was newly renovated and quite nice (the shower was small and a bit hard to use). We had a back room so it was nice and quiet. The continental breakfast was served in the room and it was first-rate. (Great chocolate rolls!) It's in a quiet semi-residential area 5 mins walk from the Baker Street Tube, so not really "in the middle of things." I'd stay there again.

This was a wonderful small hotel fairly close to the underground and in a nice neighborhood. The Marylebone High Road is very close with great shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on two separate occasions and they stored our luggage in between. The included breakfast was enough for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location just a few steps away from the Marylebone High Street which is full of nice little shops, cafes & restaurants with good qulity of foods. Our double room was fairly small & the air conditioner was a bit nosiy. Breakfast was good.

Very nice modern & design hotel. We are very pleased from the nigth at this hotel. The only bad thing is the price... but all hotels are expensive in London! And with this hotel you get much more confort for a light supplement of price !

This hotel is very well located, near downtown london. The cheapest room is not very large but a bit luxurious. Very nice hotel (price/quality).

Our room was on the ground level which was ok for a short stay. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open, though. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn't get another room. The room was very small but functional. Very good breadkfast. Internet access free of charge.

The quality of the room surprised me! It was much more than expected. The price, for the region in London, was great! The Hotel is very modern, with computer inside the room (at least the one that I stayed in), the bathroom is so modern; definitely great!

Overall, the hotel was excellent and we had a very pleasant time. We were a couple with a 3-year old child and the room had a sofa which could become a bed, so it was very convenient. The kitchenette in the room was very nice and we liked the shower room, which can also be a sauna. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the room was very nice and made us feel at home. The only complaint was that the bed was too soft (we like our bed very firm), but it seems soft beds are considered good in UK. Considering that almost all hotels are expensive in London, I think it was good value.

Colazione in camera buona e puntuale. Evitate solo la camera al piano terra a fianco dell'ascensore. Nel complesso ottimo.

The front desk was polite and helpful at all times, although having to defer to higher management for questions about room rates for future reservations. Our junior suite was small but clean and commendably modern, with excellent bathroom facilities and a private terrace in the inner courtyard. Free internet was a great plus. La Suite Hotel is four minutes by foot from Baker Street Underground station (three stops on the Bakerloo Line from Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express) and a minute from the pleasant urban-village atmosphere of Marylebone High Street, whose highlights include Daunt Books, the gourmet shops on Mossop Street, and the adjacent Sunday Farmers' Market. Wigmore Hall, one of London's best concert halls, and the Wallace Collection are only a few blocks distant. I would highly recommend La Suite.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Was a little put off at first to be told only ground floor rooms were available, but they turned out to be fine. A little noise from workmen/trash collectors on the streets but to no fault of the hotel. One of the rooms was not as well ventilated and had a musty smell, but was easily resolved with an open window for a few hours. Slight issues with computer connection & TV channels, but were all resolved quickly and did not detract from the overall stay. Studio is a little cramped, 1 bedroom suite is much better. Beds were a little too soft for my liking, but this is a personal preference. Bathroom was clean, hydroshower was amazing, breakfast arrived promptly and was more than enough as a continental breakfast. Would stay again if I was in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised as La Suite exceeded our expectations in the quality of the accommodations and amenities. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our standard room was somewhat small, which is to be expected in Europe, but very well furnished. We travel extensively and feel confident in recommending La Suite Hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a studio when we arrived which was spacious and very well equipped. The room was very clean and we appreciated the free internet access as we were able to plan our sight-seeing and check opening times etc. It was only a few minutes from Baker Street Underground station and there were a number of pubs and restaurants around the corner from the hotel.

We stayed here for five days, and then booked again for one day two weeks later. The hotel was unable to provide us with a room, but booked us into a much more expensive hotel (at their expense), plus paid for a cab to get there. While we appreciated their professionalism, we missed our accommodations at La Suite, which, while tiny by any standards, were clean, luxe and well appointed. Stay here if you can.

All in all we have had a very nice stay. The staff has been exstremely nice wich has been a real pleasure. But despite the fact that we booked our room almost 3 months in advance and specified that we were coming with our 7 month old baby. We had a very, very, small room where it has been almost impossible. To move from one end to the other. The location of the hotel was really great, especially since we came for a weekend of shopping. 15 min walk from Oxford cirkus. Breakfast was included and does not quite match the discription of the hotels homepage, Instant coffee and individually packed cheeses! All in all it was ok, especially thanks to the staff, but honestly we dont really know how they got 4 stars? Its a clean place to sleep, but not really a place to spend time.

We are an older couple and we stayed 5 nights at the hotel. We were pleased with the room and the lack of any street noise but the computer in the room had a problem. The hotel staff moved our baggage to a different room the next day and that room was better than the one we originally had. The access to the underground was excellent as was the access to Marylebone High Street. We found an excellent restaurant (Galvin Bistrot de Luxe) within easy walking distance to hotel and enjoyed a stroll along the High street in the evening.

Overall a very good hotel, close to the tube, quiet rooms and adequate (included) breakfast. Employees were extremly kind and fulfilled all our requests. Room price are slightly high, as everywhere in London, but fornitures were new, bathroom was very clean and the service good and prompt. I recommend La Suite Hotel.

Nous étions une famille de 4, mais la suite annoncée pour 4 conviendrait plutot pour 3 personnes au max. We were a familly of 4, but the 4 PAX suite would better suite for a max. of 3 people ! Nice little hotel, however no breakfast or dinging room area. Petit hotel, en fait maison d'habitation transformée sans salle pour diner ou petit dejeuner. Prix elevé comme tous les hotels à Londres. High price level as all hotels in London.

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly, professional staff. Breakfast is offered as room service only because there's no dining room; but we would have had to sit on the bed as there's no dining space, only a desk. We asked to have breakfast in the open-plan reception area; staff were happy to accommodate and it was fine - breakfast excellent standard. Air conditioning is available in each room but is not yet up and running so it was very hot. We visited on a very cold day; a similar stay in summer would be unbearable!

We enjoyed our stay very much, and was pleasantly surprised that the resemblance between pictures and actual rooms were so close. It's a 15 minute walk to Oxford Street, through lovely Marylebone, and 5 minute walk to the Baker Street tube station. Breakfast is served at the room (always), which was very nice. The employees was very helpful and positive. The rooms were small (narrow), but very recently redecorated and modern. We'll definitely return to this hotel.

I live in Germany and frequent London for holidays and leisure. The hotel had a lovely design and comfortable bed. However, my room was nothing as it appeared on the picture. I stayed on the ground floor next to the elevator and had trouble sleeping. The room I stayed in was around 4-6 square meters. Certainly, not big enough for my partner and I. Breakfast is served to the rooms and is requested that you designate a time the night before. I ordered it for 10am and it never arrived. 30 minutes later I called the front desk to see what happened and they told me the kitchen was closed. However, they were able to accomodate me in spite of their mistake. Furthermore, the DVD player in my room didn't work. So I was promised a discount for the room which I never got. Upon check out I spent a good 25 minutes with the receptionist who couldn't figure out how to charge my credit card. I paid cash for the mini bar and wanted to charge the room separately. She ended up charging my card anyway for the mini bar. I was rather disapointed. Overall, it's a nice place, but too small and too expensive for what I expected from an accomodation like that.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June 06 and loved it. The staff was great and very helpful. We had a great suite that had the most comfortable bed. The bathroom was very modern and very clean. Great decor (modern) and also the best location, as it is in Mayfair, very near some lovely shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again. RY
