Luxurious and elegant with classic overtones, each guestroom features soft fabrics in a subtle colour scheme of golden beiges, soft yellows and blues to create a warm and welcoming environment.

    Did not appreciate the service, they had a trainee that could not understand what I wanted and did my bill incorrect and then we left some cd's in the room and I emailed them and have heard nothing. They also had a fire drill right when leaving to check out and they said it was not a drill and to evacuate immediately in which I did and ended up leaving my bags. They need to get it together for a five star hotel.

    Designed to reflect the original decor of The Landmark, which was built in 1899 during the golden age of steam, the newly launched 35-seat Mirror Bar is opulent and sumptuous. A dark, rich colour palette of velvets, damasks, florals and brocades is the theme throughout the interior.

    All the design elements in the Mirror Bar are couture and bespoke in a style reminiscent of a bygone era. A pivotal part of the decor is the three ornate antique mirrors positioned opposite the three huge French windows, in what was once the old boardroom within the Grade II listed hotel.
    HOTEL POLICIES
    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in:     the rooms are available at anytime after 3 p.m.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Parking is not included in the price and costs approx- £60.00 per night.
    Broadband internet access costs £16.00 for 24 hours.
    Internet access in the Business Centre costs £2.00 for connection and 60 pence a minute thereafter.
    The Landmark Health Club and Spa is open for members only, day membership costs £30.00 but will be discounted for hotel guests at £10,00 per day for adults, and £7.00 per day for children. Guests enjoying any Spa treatment will have complimentary day membership at the Landmark Health Club and Spa on the day of their treatment.
    Breakfast is not included in the price and costs £24.50 for the full English and £20.00 for the continental breakfast.
     
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Value Added Tax (VAT) : All room rates include VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged on all applicable room rates at the prevailing rate, currently 17.5%. Cancellation and Non Arrival : Cancellations and amendments must be made before 6PM GMT the day before arrival.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
