Was given a very small twin room although a double room was booked. Rooms are only ready at 2 o 'clock in the afternoon. Parking was charged at 18£ (15£ indicated on the webside for protected garage) even though it was not parked in the hotel garage. Okay for one night, would not book it for a longer stay

When I arrived it seemed there was a problem with the hotel NOT recieving the reservation from VENERE, But the staff were very helpful and arranged for a room at the price I was given None the less! Was a bit pricy and the air con wasnt working all that well, But overall an excellent hotel!

THE HOTEL HAD NO RECORD OF BOOKING. TOOK AROUND 15 MINUTES TO SORT OUT AS HAD TO BE DONE BY A MANAGER. ANOTHER GUEST AT RECEPTION HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. VERY IRRITATING. ROOMS WERE FINE BUT HOTEL IS A LOT FURTHER AWAY FROM UNDERGROUND THAN STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION.

Being in cetral London the view from my room window was less than idyllic, looking over the rear service area and car park. Not that that matters a great deal when you are only staying overnight. While I was visiting the main public area was undergoing refurbisment and consequently was not as pleasant as it would normally be.
The Staff and the food however were excellent

We stayed in Danubius for 59 pds/room/day. I think this is the very best price you can get in whole London. The hotel is really excellent, rooms are spacy, room service is best of, bathroom is even luxurious. Staff is very friendly. I really did not believe, that we could get such a hotel for such a price.
10 min from Bakerstreet (very good and cheap (for London) bistros!) and Wood St. Johns. If we go back to London, of course we will take the danubius again.
