front desk personel rude,they put you in 3rd floor room no elevator,tv set din't work,lights in headwork don't work,sheet smaller than bed,bathreoom felthy,manager do not exist,I'll be very carefull on my next reservation with the properties you offer

This should be offered as a poor quality backpackers accommodation. No room to swing a cat let alone a suitcase. No ambiance at all as the information originally described. I would not reccommend this establishment to anyone.

The room was terribly cold! I asked the receptionist (sincerley, very kind and useful with all of my questions) to increase the temperature but he told me that he couldn't do anything about it. The bathroom wasn't really pretty but it was quite clean. I can't say the same thing abuot the room... The sheets were ok but I guess if the bed covers had ever been changed... But I have to say that all of the staff was always kind with me and they helped me more than once. Overall... I think it wasn't worth 39pounds per night.
