For the price, the Oliver was fantastic! London is very exspensive so to save a buck or two is essential! The location to the subway, local pubs and restaurants was great! Should I go back to London, I will certainly re-book at the Oliver Plaza. The staff was terrific and most helpful.

A very good place to spend a few days. Clean and nice with not very big rooms (but it doesn't natter)very close to Earls Court station and a lot of restaurants and shops on this area. A pity that breakfast is not included on price.
We will stay again next time.

We (my friend and I)went in London like a tourist. We stay in twin room.Room was small (that wasn't important for us),bathroom was very good (that was most important, that we have bathroom in our room, and that shower is in good repair).Location of hotel is excellent! If I go again in London I would stay in this hotel!

Great location, but otherwise very poor hotel. Peeling wallpaper, outdated rooms bathrooms are a joke! Staff tried its best and was accomodating. Since hotel is so rundown, can't say that I would ever stay here again. Also, overpriced. It's a shame though, since the location is great!

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Room looks quite run down with wallpaper peeling off. Location is not that near to the train station unlike what the map provided by the website states. Along the way, saw more nicer hotels at much cheaper price which is closer to the train station and cheaper by 10-20pounds. Got a room in the basement which was next to the area where the hotel prepares food. Terrible experience as you will smell deep fried oil in early morning which really spoils your appetite. Unfriendly reception staff as well.

I got a nice room, very little space, but clean and quiet. But that was after refusing another room, below ground level. What if I had got in later and had no choice?
Very well located, close to Earl's Court underground station.

Tha rooms are tiny but if all you want is a place to sleep in a nice part of London it is fine. Breakfast is chaotic with unraind staff harrassing guests who are bemused about what they have to pay for.

I stayed at the Oliver Plazza for 3 nights and it was globaly ok. The 2 first nights we were in a tiny but really clean and nice bedroom with a nice view. Then we ask to stay 1 night more so we had to move and the room was not that nice: older with a dirty carpet and a smaller window without any view.
Concerning the staff it depends on the people really: some of them were nice, some other not really...
Anyway, the area is beautifull and I realy enjoy my time there . I would like to go there again and I think it wasn't expensive. (less than in Paris)

Good evening,
My stay in Hotel Oliver Plaza is good. The director and work'persons are nice. People who come to the hotel are various, such students and strangers persons, but the people are not very distinguished. I'm staying in London on 3 days. Earsl'Court is a quarter very animated for visiting and doing purchases.

In overall the hotel was as expected at this price. We stayed over weekend. The quality of the room is not outstanding and not that good as on the picture, but its quite clean, though small. There were only two things that could stop me from returning to this place: 1) the double room was specifically requested but only twin in the basement was provided, the staff argued, that the booking came late and 2)the wallpaper was hanging off the wall in one corner of the room. But the location is excellent, its Kensington for such low price and 2 min from the tube station and there are a lot of night busses coming nextby. So if you have a room not in the basement than I reommend to stay in hte place. Can tell anything about quality of the breakfast, never managed to try.

Affordable hotel extremely near to Earl Court station, room was good enough (but not very well cleaned),TV and bathroom were OK,walls and glasses are good enough to keep the pace quiet, continental breakfast was ok even if not remarkable: one negative thing was that our last night we were suddenly woke up by the fire alarm at 3 AM and as soon as,very worry,I called the reception they simply told me it was a false alarm (...)
Fire alarms can cause great fear and would have to be avoided at any cost if unnecessary...in particular in the middle of the night...pay more attention next time and think that people with heart diseases could have strong problems with such a similar experience...

All the, except one of them who stays for the night, receptionists was very helpful and friendly, specialy for the morning, they were really nice persons. The room inwhich we stayed first night was on the top floor (roof level) and it was very hot, small and the bathroom also was very small, but second night they changed it and we stayed in a triple room which is quite ok. In bath only problem was: when you take a shower, evenif there was a glass material attached to bathtube to keep water inside, the floor was getting wet. If you want, eachday they can change the towels. Breakfast was as usual as should be according to price. Cheese, cornflakes, ham, butter, jam, toast, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk. Hotel is very good situated, just 2 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station. And around, there are supermarkets and McDonalds, other fast food restaurants and other restos. Also there are bus connections. After check-out you can leave your baggages into baggage room. There is a small kettle to make tea or coffee in the room, they put also tea and coffee, sugar, they are free. I never used kettle since I was afraid of using pipe water. We passed a good holiday in this hotel. Maybe I can suggest one thing to owners: it is better to renew pillows. The other things are ok.
