VERY small room & shower, not very clean, the heating didn't work the two first days of my stay (out of three), service personnel barging in to fix it 8 o'clock in the morning. Bad communication between the staff. Good location though and nice breakfast facility although somewhat worn out, ok breakfast, wifi came and went but was a plus. Overall impression - doubt I would stay there again, would look for a better option in that neigbourhood, there are tons of hotels there.

Friendly staff and extra plus that you could get tea or coffee 24 hours a day. The four-bed room we got was bigger than I had expected, but the shower/toilet room was very tiny. Typically London hotel.

Value for money and good position. Room was VERY small and so was the bathroom. I could hardly fit into the shower. The wi-fi internet did not work at any time during the week I was there. Several other guests had the same problem, all of us were told there was something wrong with our PC's. I spend time going to a computer shop to have it fixed, but there was no problem with my Notebook. The staff were most unhelpfull in this regard. They even refused to call their service provider to investigate the non-operational server. In general the staff was not very helpfull either, rather sourly and rude. Check the guest policy as well, another dissapointment. Rather use another hotel.

This hotel had very unfriendly staff, and they were reluctant to answer questions. One staff member who was helpful, tried to force a private taxi on us. This driver didn't even have a valid drivers license for England. I had specifically asked for the official taxi company of London, and they had promised me it would be. It was a very bad experience to be trapped so early in the morning with a foreign unlicensed driver in an unmarked car. Among other things, I do not recommend this property at all!

My gold earrings were gone from the room. I had them in paper , in ashbox with a glass over and a big note . DONT MOOVE THIS. The made remember throwing it away. I was sitting in stairs outside picking up all the garbage from hotel from 7 big boxes. NOT DELICATE. I think the manager shoud had done something!!! One night for free at least. Maybe I am a silly Norwegian?
