They should have stated we need to pay in advance, so we could make the necessary arrangements. Otherwise one might get in trouble by having to withdraw money from the ATMs if the bill happens to be larger than your daily limits to do so.

I have been guest for two nights, if you like a confortable and relatively chiep place I think it's the right place. Looking around it's very difficult to find a chieper place in a city so expensive like London.

The room wasn't that bad. But it was very annoying that the air-condition which was installed in the room was out of order. It was a very hot night (but not in the way one would want ;-) I came in too late and was too tired to ask for another room though.

Athough one or two problems (wash-basin partially blocked and trouser press inoperative) the staff were charming and service excellent. I did not receive confirmation quickly after my internet booking (despite acknowledgement from Venere which was immediate) and when I phoned hotel to enquire was quoted\ a higher price than on Venere web-site.I accepted to pay this price, but the hotel contacted me by e-mail shortly afterwards to confirm they had received my internetr booking and confirming that the price would be as advertised on the web-site. I very much appreciated this, and would be pleased to use the hotel on a future visit.
