The room was really tiny and the bathroom too small. The hotel is very close to Pentonville road, the London ring, so it is impossible to sleep with the open windows. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very central. Nevertheless, I will not return here, it is absolutely not a 3 stars hotel.

Good location, just 3mn on walk to the metro station Euston and about 15mn on walk to Oxford street. Room very small, toilets and shower old, but clean. Bed for 2 is very small too. Don't go to the last floor, because it's very warm in the room, more that outside.

it was my second journey at the Mabledon court. The first time I found a nice hotel, small but clean. The second time it wasn't so good: a not clean and dusty room, spotted blanket and also an old and dirty bath.

The reason we chose this Hotel was that it is not too expensive, had rooms with an own bathroom and is located near King's cross subway station which provides access to 5 lines. The staff was very friendly and the hotel looks clean and proper. Downsides of the hotel are that the rooms are exremely small. But worse was that our bed was too! We couldn't turn the heating off. Which turned the room into a sauna at night and forced us to sleep with the window open while it was freezing outside. Next to this it is the noisest room I have ever staid in. If people walked in their room or acrros the hall on the floor above it sounded like the building could collapse any moment.

Mabledon Court Hotel is considereded good regardind the services and facilitiees provided. It has an excellant location in central london and close to the underground station. However the single room suffers from severe tightness and narrow spaces. The price is also relatively expensive in relation to the staring of the hotel

I can highly suggest staying here. The showers are really small, but that's what you get in London unless you pay top dollar. For the money, this hotel is great value. The breakfast was fantastic - bacon, eggs, juice, toast, cereal - all included in the price. It is close to a major train station - quick access to centre of London.

It seems a long time since the rooms have been washed properly. The bathroom was rundown and dirty with dangerous electricity, the lamp was about to fall down We could hear "everything" in the room next door or upstairs. The fireexit on the ground floor was blocked!!! The hotel really needs an upgrade, and the staff needs to take security more seriously. We will stay at a better hotel next time.

Our first impression from the outside was not great. There was construction in front of the hotel but our room was on the back side (3rd floor) so it didn't disturb us. There were no public areas in the hotel. You walk in and there is the check-in desk and that's it. You are required to pay for all nights stay before you even see your room. The room was a typical SMALL London room. Barely any room to put suitcases, much less walk. The bathroom door had to remain closed at all times, especially during and after showers because the smoke alarm could be set off. The shower was ridiculously small and the water was either scalding or freezing. There was also mold on the shower curtain. The TV was very small and only got 4 different stations. No fridge in room and only one accessible wall outlet. The hotel staff wasn't very helpful but was still nice. You are required to leave your key at the front desk before you leave everyday. Someone is in the lobby 24 hours per day. The hotel was in a pretty good location (just a few minutes walk to King's Cross underground station.

This hotel was advertised as 3* but the room we was given was about a 1*!!.At £80 per night i consider this extortionate and we only stayed for 1 night as the facilities were poor.Admittably we did not have breakfast so i can not comment on this but the size of the room was smaller than the bathroom i have at home and you would not exactly class it as en-suite as i couldnt turn round in their 'bathroom'!!I stayed the second night at the Premier Lodge and this was like the Ritz in comparison!!!

Stanze in miniatura... bagno piccolissimo nascosto dietro la porta d'entrata, scale piccole, breakfast room piccola, hall praticamente inensistente, ascensore anni 50. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Locazione perfetta perchè vicino a King's Cross Station.

Good budget hotel. Bring a map though, or ask for directions to the large nearby Novotel Euston hotel. Nobody has heard of Mabeldon Court or the road it's on. Single-room's shower was *very* small, not recommended for people over 275lbs/125kg.

We (cuple and two adult sons) stayed 3 nights in London an in this hotel. There was only a very small room with an also very small bed (about 1,60m) with access only from one side - really not comfortable. As prices in London are on high level, we had to accept the conditions, but we were "not amused at all" !!!

The staff couldn't have been any nicer to us! EVERYONE - from the front desk staff to the cleaning people and the wonderful ladies in the breakfast room. Oh, and that breakfast was GREAT, too! We were so impressed with the cleanliness - we tested the top of a door frame for dust but found it SPOTLESS like the rest of the hotel. One of the four owners is always on the property - they run a tight ship and it shows in the professional nature of the staff, the friendliness to all guests, and the immaculate conditions they maintain. WE WOULDN'T EVEN THINK OF STYAING ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON! ***And, as a same-sex couple, THEY WERE WONDERFULLY ACCOMMODATING, PROVIDING US WITH THE BED WE REQUESTED.

There is no air-condition at all. So be aware of incredible heat in the rooms and in public areas. It is so stuffy that we couldn't sleep at night. You can not call it a calm place. For there is a quite noisy avenue nearby. We couldnt't call it a cosy place. The twin bed is extremely narrow. And the whole room seems to be just a little bigger than a dog's house. I was misled by someone's comment about breakfast. It is not worth writing about.

This hotel was very reasonably priced for such a central London location. The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. However, the size of the room was such that it felt like getting into a closet. The double room we booked had the bed jammed up against the wall with less than two feet between the bed and the dressing table and nowhere to manouvre. The shower was so small that it was difficult to turn around, even for a small person such as myself. A large overweight man could not have used this bathroom at all. The size made the room completely unacceptable for anything other than sleeping - I felt like I was rehearsing for a visit to Japan, where apparently you can rent a 'drawer' to sleep in for the night! Thankfully, the pleasantness of the staff and location and the shortness of the stay did a lot to compensate.

Location is good and the facilities are adequate. The room is small, and smokers are allowed so it has that smell. The bathroom is absolutely tiny and the floor in the bedroom squeaks. The decor is faded. But for the price and location it is adequate accommodation for London. The bed is fine and you get a kettle to make a cup of tea and the shower was warm and the room was mainly clean (apart from the phone). So not too bad for the price, but more than a one night stay might be challenging.

Metropolitana e bus a 5 minuti. All'ingresso mi hanno custodito gentilmente i bagagli fino a sera.

I was very desapointed by the poor quality of the hotel. The room was extremelly little, uncomfortable and noisy. We could ear people just walking in other rooms. The staff was nice but the services were almost unexistant: One night I asked for a bottle of water and the answer of the employee was that I needed to buy at at the grocery store of the corner. I will never come back to this hotel.

The photographs on the web pages don't depict the actual room size. We could hardly walk past the bed. Had we brought a regular suitcase (or even two) we had been in trouble stowing it in the room. Bathroom was very small and not cleaned thoroughly after last guests. Bedding/sheets seemed laundered but still not clean. TV and remote control, hairdryer and water kettle were there and working, literally. Everything looked kind of filthy. The rooms are very noisy. We owe our good night's rest only to the other guests on the same floor, who were very quiet! Noise from outside might also be a problem. The room faced the same street as the hotel entrance. I wouldn't want to be there in summer, when the windows must be kept open for fresh air. Breakfast was average quality, fair quantities, though! Best about the place ist the location, 5 min's from Kings Cross/St. Pancras.
