It was very obvious that our room was a single with a double bed in it. The foot of our bed was touching the opposite wall and two people could barely fit in the room. Access was unbelievable. We rode the elevator to the second floor then went down half a flight of stairs, turned the corner and went down a full flight and then up a full flight. If an employee was not helping us, we would have never been able to find the room. The room was clean but the smallest we have ever stayed in and made us think that the hotel was motivated by pure greed to convert a single to a double.

Hotel is great in a lovely quiet location, just be careful of the bathrooms if you are in the basement as they are tiny!!!! Other than that a good london base

the room was little more than a ripostiglio, and it was not not even in the same structure, but near the london premier paddington, to 100 meters of distance much beautiful but invivibile one, without the minimal vital space.the bed was impossible for two persons........to forget, a true incubus!!!

The size of the rooms were rediculous. 4 foot beds & then another 43inches. the en suite measured 52 inches by 48 inches. We were sold these as a double room but they should have been a single!! The lift was out of order & it was 90 stairs to the 4th floor. The air conditioning didn't work & private houses had parties until 4am & the staff wouldn't do anything about the noise so we couldn't have the windows open! The only good thing was the size of the bath towels they were a bath sheet size.

I had a reservation for an executive room, which of course is more expansive than a standard room. The hotel gave me a standard room, without saying anything. It is when I protested that they recognize that it was a standard room at an executive rate. It is not honest practices.

Good impression. If we return to London we will surely ask again for a quotation in the hotel. There is just one small thing: in internet there was written that brekfast was not included but in reality continental brekfast was included in the proposed price.

on arrival at a late hour we were told where our room was and spent 20 minutes looking for it which ended in disaster. there is a new and old section, no elevator service and poor directions and impossible to find. when we finally found our room we were horrified. it was incredibly small. the curtin was hanging off the window and the light was coming in through the main bedroom door. it was awful. we checked out next morning even though we had planned to stay 3 nights. we were assisted by an extremely helpful employee at the reception desk, he was irish, he could not possibly have done more. we felt that the information we got prior to our visit was not a true reflection of the hotel. we were very dissappointed and lost time trying to find another hotel.

Die Größe des Doppelzimmers entsprach den Ausmaßen einer Sardinenbüchse. Dusche und Handwaschbecken waren für Lilliputaner konzipiert. Enge Flure, muffiger Geruch. Frühes Aufstehen lohnt sich, denn die Schlange beim Frühstück ist dann noch erträglich. Gut ist die Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Wer nur zwei/drei Tage bleibt, ist dort richtig aufgehoben

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in London. There are a million stairs if you get stuck on the ground floor. The beds are awful. The rooms are extremely tiny. The loby looks really nice, but that's not where you have to sleep!

This hotel is recommendable for long-stay, because it is provided with a microwave, a fridge and a little sink. Besides it is clean and well situated.

I booked into this hotel as I needed somewhere quiet to sleep and from the description on the website it was. However my room was in the basement and seemed to be located under some stairs with people up and down them continuously making a noise. I think this may have been the hotel staff as this started very early on in the morning. The noise from the corridor was also very unacceptable. I was woken at 4am in the morning by pigoens and when I looked out of the window there were pigeon nests which are not only very very noisy but also extremely unhygenic. Even with the windows closed I was still unable to rest due to the noise. This was supposed to be a superior room and at the price I paid expected it to be but I was mis informed. When I complained about the noise levels in the morning when checking out the person on the reception desk was in no way apologetic and seemed to smirk at me when I mentioned about the pigeon nests and the noise. If the reception staff had acted in a more sympathetic manner I may not be so angry now but I am expecting some sort of compensation over this otherwise will recommend to others that they do not use your website or any of the Best Western Hotels in future.

The picture on the web-site is good, but employees of this hotel are sucky!!! No smile, No welcome, No kindness. They really ruined our trip. Don't eat breakfast here. You can eat a more nice&cheap breakfast outside of the hotel. They just have breads and some drink and costs more than expected. Our room was small...which was O.K. but I think walls are very thin. Every time when people went through in front of our room, I could hear all conversation. Location was good, because of near the station but I don't think we want to stay there anymore.

Typical Paddington tourist hotel. Run-down and scruffy, but undeniably cheap. Useful for an early flight and the Heathrow Express, certainly not a suitable location for more than a minimal 8-hour sleep-and-go stay.

We stayed in Paddington Court hotel in january 2003, because of this the price was very favourable. Within a 15 minutes walk you reach Oxford street an Oxford Circus - very advantageous because tubes are always crowded! The hotel was very nice and clean - our double-room was not bigger than the bed plus a little space for walking-but enough for a 5 day visit! bathroom was clean and functionably. Breakfast was simple but good and more than enough! I can recommend this hotel for students with low budget in winter as well as for all others in the other seasons (because London is very cold in winter)!
