Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo; buona comodità rispetto al centro e alla spiaggia; belle piscine e aree comuni. Nel mio caso la stanza era anche ben insonorizzata e non abbiamo avuto problemi con schiamazzi notturni (eravamo al primo piano sopra il ristorante); unico neo la cucina un po' troppo internazionale (qualche piatto spagnolo in più se non italiano sarebbe stato gradito. nel complesso tutto OK

We pay only 46€ per room in Full Board and we get far more than we can expect for this price! Peolples that complain shoulD choose an accomodation at a higher price!!! Abbiamo pagato solo 46€ a camera (due persone) in pensione completa e sinceramente abbiamo avuto molto di più di quello che potevamo aspettarci per questo prezzo!!! Il buffet per i pasti era davvero ampio, vario e buono! Chi si lamenta forse dovrebbe pagare una cifra ragionevole per potersi lamentare!!!

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The family room was no more than a twin with two extra beds which were not even made up. There was no parking, not that the reception was bothered. The price of the room was extremely high and the hotel full of all inclusive holiday makers who no doubt were paying significantly less than ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be inclined to book through venere again.

L'hotel é nel complesso un buon 4 stelle.Ottimo direi il rapporto qualità prezzo,ma ci sono alcune cose da migliorare! Ci voglion 20 minuti per arrivare al mare altrimenti potete far prima passando per una scalinata di 103 scalini circa !Li abbiam contati!Le camere sono abbastanza carine tuttavia l'hotel é tra 2 cimiteri e se siete sfigati.... avrete una camera vista cimitero. Cmq a noi é andata bene. Ovviamente ho prenotato tramite Venere e la cosa strana é che mi hanno chiesto di saldare l'intero soggiorno SUBITO! Senza nemmeno salire in camera! Incredibile! La sala da pranzo é una bolgia infernale. Bambini che corrono dappertutto e cose da mangiare che cadono di continuo. UN CAOS! I camerieri NON CI HANNO SALUTATO MAI IN UNA SETTIMANA! Conderando che eravamo li' 3 volte al giorno é una buona percentuale (avevamo la pensione completa)!Oltretutto ce n'é qualcuno rozzo,con piercing e orecchini! Per un 4 stelle é decisamente penoso ed i pasti sono molto ripetitivi e "tiarati via"! Le piscine molto carine (specie quella interna sotterranea). Nel complesso io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati bene e l'hotel lo consiglierei a tutti voi. Forse lavorando come receptionist in un 4 stelle ho notato maggiormente i lati negativi.La città é molto caotica,ma il mare ricompensa il viaggio fatto (odiosa la spiaggia con sassolini)! Sperando di esservi stato d'aiuto vi auguro di non trovarvi ad ammirare uno dei 2 CIMITERI! ahahahaha

It's a very nice and lovely hotel ressort.its clean and the food is also fine! the rooms are beautiful and there is a good cleaning-service.When you come back from the beach,your room looks as if you were just arrived...=) And its also very good that the hotel is 24h open and there is no problem to get in after a long party-trip... all in all, its one of the best hotel you can find in lloret de mar!very high standard. only the people at the réception could be a little bit more friendly...

Everything you could expect from a holiday. Entertainment provided for children and adults alike. No need to leave the hotel unless you want to. Lloret De Mar centre only a short walk as is the beach. You will probably find that the shops nearest to the hotel are actually cheaper then in the town centre and you can haggle with the shop keepers who are very friendly and always willing to drop their prices. Food was plentiful in the hotel and plenty of variety however instead of so much salad it would have been good to have more vegtables and better cuts of meat, overall though we could not fault the hotel and will definitely use this chain of hotels again.

L'hotel è distante dal centro ed è posizionato tra due cimiteri, i pasti non sono buoni, prima colazione compresa, le camere non sono troppo pulite e anche la vista lascia a desiderare (la mia camera dava sul cimitero). Soprattutto invito chi ha scelto questa località a lasciar perdere il mare e la spiaggia sono orrendi e il paese è un agglomerato di edifici squallidi.

Nos cambiaron de hotel y nos traladaron al Royal Beach, la atención nefasta y la comida de muy baja calidad. No recomiendo a nadie que vaya a este hotel. Mereceria dos estrellas como mucho.

Zum Glück haben wir in diesem Hotel nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise zu unserem Urlaubsort in Spanien verbracht!!!! Es war so laut, dass wir gar nicht schlafen konnten! Wir sind auch jung, aber was die Gäste in diesem Hotel in der Nacht für Lärm machten, übersteigt jegliche Vorstellungskraft und wäre in Deutschland sicherlich strafbar! Das Hotel-Management ist offensichtlich nicht fähig, die Gäste dazu zu bringen, dass sie so etwas wie Nachtruhe befolgen! Sicherlich sind sie abhängig von den Gästen, aber das ist doch keine Lösung, sie in der Nacht schreien, Glas zerbrechen, Betten und Möbel stundenlang verschieben, usw. lassen, oder? Das Hotel liegt auch so weit vom Strand, dass es nicht geeignet für Leute ist, die wirklich einen Strand-Urlaub machen wollen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sauber, es blleibt uns aber unklar, wofür dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat! Das Frühstück war von der Billig-Ware so überfüllt, dass einem so richtig schlecht werden konnte! Dieses Hotel verdient auf gar keinen Fall 4 Sterne!

when checking to the TOP Royal Star as per our booking confirmation we were told that we were booked into the TOP Royal Beach which is 5 minutes walk not the best start to our holiday as we arrived at aprox 2145

We chose this Hotel because it was an excellent price and was all-inclusive. We were not disappointed. The booking-in procedure was quick and painless (which is what you want after travelling for hours!) Our room was excellent, immaculately clean, and extremely spacious for 2 adults. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The bar staff were always smiling and up for a laugh (with the exception of the only female member who didn't seem to want to be there!! She ended up thrown in the swimming pool by the other bar staff one night we were there. I don't know why, but she was much happier the following evening !!!!!! The weather let us down, only seeing the sun for four hours in three days, but the indoor pool was a wonderful bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the food was good, the entertainment is much what you expect from Spain, and the service and staff were excellent. A very enjoyable short break indeed.

Sound hotel for the money. Good rooms, pools, etc. Only thing that lets it down is the food is awful & evening entertainment rubbish. If you just want somewhere to stay with nice facilities you can't beat it on price.

When we arrived they could not find our booking this took 30 mins even though I produced a print out of the comfimation they were very off and un-helpful. The food was the worst I have had in any hotel regardless of stars anywhere in the world. I know you can not expect the best at this price point but!!!!The rooms are 4 star the rest is a very poor 2 star My advice don't eat in the hotel, take ear plugs and allow 30 minutes to check in, and be prepared to walk 15 minutes to the beach. Finally we had trouble finding the hotel as the don't have a map on their web sites.

Hotel rooms good, all staff with the exception of bar staff friendly. Good selection of drinks, although not branded names. food not so good, although you could survive. Had problems with our bookings as we had made three seperate, but were eventually put up in the Top Royal Beach, better hotel, with more English visitors, and right on top of Fenals Beach.

tutto ok! avrei apprezzato un minibar in camera, come un tavolino sul terrazzino, e la cassaforte in camera non a pagamento! molto carina anche la piscina interna con l'idromassaggio... comoda la colazione, con le macchinette x i succhi ed il caffé (o altro) cosi che non bisogna aspettare il cameriere... e le camere con la tessera magnetica.

Most of the people in the hotel has paid for all inclusive. This meant that those who hadn't paid a fai0ack for their beers - 2 euros for less than half a pint. The pool etc were fine, the rooms were ok - as long as you don't expect satellite TV - all you get is BBC News. Everything was OK - a fairly mixed clientelle and the usual bad cabaret in the evenings, but a cheap hoptel with plenty of things to do - I'd guess this would be perfect for a family. Don't come here if you're expectiing food that is anything more than average (and this is generous) All main courses were deep fried, and came with chips, but youi did get a fairly good salad selection. It got you by but didnt exactly inspire you - the restaurants in lloret are the same if you want a nice meal out get a cab to tosser 15 euros and fantastic restarants.

We came for breakfast at 0920 and at 0945 we were driven out of the restaurant. The waiters behaved very impolite to the guests. At 5 minutes there was nothing to eat. This does not fit a 4 star hotel.

A very spacious and affordable Hotel that is easily found as it is situated on the main road that passes through the town. The standard of the room was excellent, (although a touch noisy during the early hours of the weekend), and the standard of the food was excellent, (various selections for both breakfast and evening meal), and I still can not believe the price we paid for four nights accommodation included both breakfast as well as an evening meal! Our only criticism was that of the fact we could not grab some cereal for breakfast, (on our last day), as we had to leave early and, (despite the fact we had asked the reception staff if it was ok to pop into the restaurant at 07:30 the next morning - to which they said yes), we were not allowed anywhere near the restaurant prior to our departure! What a shame after such good service for the previous five days.

Our stay at this hotel was an enjoyable one. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in providing information and directions. The rooms were very nice, though their beds were two single ones put together as a double bed and it was a little bit uncomfortable for me and my husband to sleep in. We didnt get a nice view or anything, other than the top of one of the other buildings, but other than that the accomodations were very good. Also, the meals provided by the hotel were good, set up in a buffet style. This hotel is not located at the beach, you have to walk at least 10 minutes to get to the main beach, but it is still close enough to it all.
