A bad hotel.Receptionists rude especially a blonde woman.For the first time with Venere hotels i was obliged to pay at the arrival.Room small and not much confortable.The wardrobe broken and repaired after three days.But the real problem of this hotel is the quite...wall of the room thin and a door in corridor that slamed at every man passing.After two days and after useless advertisements in reception i and my room's neighbour put a paper out of the door and it was always open!!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel, but it would have been much nicer if there were no crowds of German youngsters whose behaviour was very noisy and uncultured. Apart from that, the hotel is very nice and indeed recommendable for staying.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property.
