The room was exactly what we expected. Spacious and comfortable. TV was without satellite channels which was not what we expected for this kind of hotel. No free parking for hotel guests. Also we had some problem with customer service. We had to wait an hour to get room service, and they made a mistake with our order, it was absolutley impossible to speak with room service therefore we had to wait calling reception a number of times to receive what we asked for. In the end we made a room service order at 9pm and we got our food at 11pm and for a four star hotel this is simply not acceptable. We were given wrong informations from receptions upon arrival about dinner. Overall this is a good hotel, but the level of customer service needs to be improved. Also it will be good if they update the hotel name on the website since it is actually called "Domina Hotel", therefore we had some problems locating the hotel when we arrived in Ljubljana.

Very nice hotel, but not as good as the other reviews here imply. Rooms are nice, but the panorama through the windows is plainly ugly (i asked for mountain view...). Also the location is unhappy, you need bus or taxi to get to the center (but bus stop is right outside the hotel). The TV+movies+music+computer+radio+everything together system is a nice idea... if you are willing to wait 5 seconds for every click on the remote to take effect. But it´s nice to have music in the bathroom as well! Best thing is the sauna, very nice indeed. Oh, the hotel is frequented by Italians, so you might want to avoid breakfast room after 8:45am :)

We actually got moved from Hotel Jadrin as it was full to this hotel which was a lucky break.We enjoyed our stay but it is relatively pricey.Not all rooms have views and our room had a side view of Lake Bled, you would pay more for sure for a front room.We enjoyed the facilities and found the staff friendly.

It was a nice hotel but we got two single beds instead of a double which was a pain and the hotel was a bit far out. The shuttle service was good and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Hotel room and technology excellent although films and programs dated (choose Mountain View not the city view, as not the nicest part of town). Casino Cafe only place staffed in day (staff and service excellent) waited at bar near restaurant and no one came to serve us so left, Bar in Casino only one available after 11pm, but you do get free entry (don't forget I.D) and a complimentary drink after that drinks are very cheap. Breakfast nothing special but adequate. Staff recommended excellent Slovenian restaurant in old town booked taxis for us. All in all a great stay next time will stay for more than one night.

I have much appreciated all Hotel services and facilities. The only one compliant is wellness centre service reservation. It needs to access into, indipendetely by kind of services, from sauna to special treatments, but i didn't find any specification/notice on its website as well as venere.com communication. In the end, the Hotel is quite far from the historical centre asking taxi use/cost to catch it.

Outstanding Hotels,Plasma screen TV's free movies, internet access built into TV free. Great breakfasts outstand!!!! But just a wee walk from town but who cares, free movies and internet yahoo!!!!!

A fantastic hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were first class, couldnt be more helpful. Rooms were large , quiet and spotless. Short bus or taxi ride from city centre, very convenient. Could not fault anything with regards our stay.

The hotel was better than we hope. We stayed two niths and was realy a pleasure. The personal recived us very good. Is very confortable, if you are traveling with car you have a parking, is realy very good.

Very good hotel overall. The most impressive is a big screen TV in a room with free movies, music and TV channels; also possible to browse internet through the TV, but not so convenient. There is free wireless internet, but no LAN cable. Free international calls to 44 countries (to non-cellular providers). Good breakfast, and not so expesive prices for the dinner/room service - pretty same as in the town restoraunts. Hotel is located on main road, easy to reach and find. During the summer'05 there was a major discount on the prices, so the hotel was very attractive to stay.

The hotel was excellent and the free movies and international phone calls were an added bonus. The hotel was easy to find on the northern ring road but was quite a long way from the city centre.

All was great in the hotel except for the casino: i must say that u must take attention in casino because some croupiers are not serious, they cheated me with change fiches and they was friends of some bad people that betted there.

Habíamos reservado habitación doble, pero al estar éstas completas, nos acomodaron en una suite (Sin cargo adicional) Al ser clientes,teníamos derecho a plaza de parking gratuita en el hotel, así como entrada al casino también gratuito. Una curiosidad: Llamadas gratuitas a cualquier teléfono fijo de España, desde la habitación. Estupendo buffet de desayuno Una muy cuidada y correcta atención al cliente. When you compare the price with the other four star hotels the price is very suitable for such a good hotel. We also enjoyed very much the big screen TV and breakfast.

Astonishing quality/price ratio for our August stay: top class hotel at a relatively small price. Big room with hi-tech devices, free phone calls and free parking. If you can afford the full price, it's still recommended for quality. Not close to the beautiful Ljubljana historical center (3-4 km) but there's a free shuttle in daytimes and cheap taxis for the night.

The hotel is excelent and we paid a very good price. they have a "promotion" for summer ,because in August their regular clients are away for vacation (usualy bussines people) , so the hotel in that month is a very, very good deal , very luxurious and very futuristic. We enjoyed very much the restaurant and also the spa. The city of Lubljana is just magnificent. We really recommend this hotel!

Usually I don't like to waste time in these feedbacks, but this time, really, this hotels deserves. It's just great, amazing IT services (voice over IP phone calls FOR FREE all over the world, directly from your room), very clean, huge buffet in the morning. If you visit Ljubljana, this is the place to stay. 10 over 10.

What a superb hotel! Each room has a projector with 7 foot screen, with Internet access, movies, television, video jukebox, radio, etc. Also, each room has IP telephony, enabling you to call any landline in 43 countries for free!! Also, each room has wifi ( i think) so you can plug your lappy in. As you can tell, I was very impressed by this hotel, the staff are very friendly, everything is very clean, the rooms are great (you couldn't open the window though, but the air-con is more than up to the job). Also you can use the luxurious helth spa under the hotel for free. We didn't go, but it looked superb. It gets 10/10 from me.

The Hotel was just beautiful. The food was great! Room service was quick. And the spa was just so relaxing. It's the best hotel i've ever stayed in. It's location is very close to everything!!! Casino was not open yet. So didn't experience that. But everything was just great. The staff was so nice and everyone was so helpful! I loved it.
