All of the 402 bedrooms and bathrooms have been totally refurbished while retaining their character.
Each is equipped with direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer, colour TV, and complimentary tea and coffee tray.

After reading some reviews I was dreading arriving. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was in fact a very nice place to say. The rooms were clean and spacious the location must be the best in Liverpool and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dont let bad reviews put you off thus hotel is excellent. I am definitly going to stay here on my next visit to Liverpool.
