The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. We were able to store our suitcases upon arrival (we arrived earlier than checkout). Breakfast was nice. Location is excellent - right off the Lisboa bus stop, so very convenient. When looking for the hotel, look up! You'll see the name written vertically attached to the building. Very nice - thanks for a pleasant stay!

This hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet and the staff is quite helpful with directions and maps of Lisbon. The bathrooms were especially nice as they had clearly been updated recently. There are a nice variety of items served at breakfast (hot and cold) so there is probably something to suit most people. There is a metro stop on the yellow line immediately outside of the lobby door. This is convenient if you are getting around on the metro, although if you want to go into the city center it is necessary to go one stop and switch to the blue line. I didn't try it, but it may be as fast to walk to the blue line station directly. I didn't recommend the hotel for families or mature couples as I had a very small single room and didn't see one of the double rooms. I would definitely stay here again for personal travel where I didn't require any special services.

I very much enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was close to the city center so I could do everything by foot. The room was not big, but to me, although I did to have to do some work in my room, there was enough space. The bathroom was pure luxury.
The hotel is located in a main street, so do not expect the quietness of the woods. You might use earplugs if you want to sleep with your window open.
Breakfast was nothing outstanding, but fairly ok.
I would always recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Lisbon for a short weekend. This room wouldn't have worked for any longer. it was TINY. the bed took up literally 80% of the room. The bathrooms were fine, and the place generally pretty clean. But there was literally maybe 2 feet between the wall and the end of the bed to walk through.
Location is excellent though. literally the train stop (Picoa, yellow line) is outside of the hotel. The metro system is really simple and easy to use, the city isn't very spread out.
Inlcuded breakfast was nice though. decent food with crossiants, eggs, bacon juice etc

The hotel is great! All high-class hotels are situated in the district (we were able to see Ritz from our window). The breakfast room is on 7th floor offering panoramic view. The metro station is situated EXACTLY outside the hotel entrance. The bedroom had the emergency exits on a glow-in-the-dark map behind the bedroom door, and the door had an alarm. Very good value for money and Lisbon is a great city to visit!

We booked a double bedroom. They gave us a single one with and added fold up bed. We complained and to our astonishment the concierge insisted it was a double bedroom. He finally admited and moved us to a really nice big double bedroomon the following morning. But they still charged the first night at the double bedroom rate. Cheeky!

I had a single room with a lot of space, the room was like the hotel very new. the sourrunding is not really beautiful, but you have a metro entrance right in front of the hotel and need by foot about 20 minutes to the city centre, by metro about 5-10 minutes.
I can recommend Lissabon and this hotel warmly, but take care with the taxis from & to the airport (one trip 25€ the other 8€, both in the night!). Lissabon is a very friendly, old fashioned city, with very friendly people, but take care with the bumpy pavements, but don´t forget to drive with one of the old trams

At least 1 very unfriendly guy on the reception (didn't even look at me while he was giving a short cold answer.) Restaurant recommended from receptionist (1 Porto for free) is certainly a good deal for the receptionist but it's not mentioned that the porto after the meal would be free and not the one offered as a apero which is charged 4.50. But food there is o.k

It would have helped with location and travel to have known the name of the metro station outside the front door and the bus numbers and destinations of those passing the hotel.
Once known travel within Lisbon was no problem.
The ideal location for a short break as not enough room space for a longer holiday.

Modern hotel a few metro stops from central area. The 'modern' style was, however, somewhat sterile. Not sure if the quality of the finish is great and can imagine might look worn in a couple of years. Reception staff competent. Rooms v small as was bed. Breakfast was totally uninspiring.
But, however, for the price was satisfactory for the purpose. Venere did seem to have favourable prices compared to some other sites for this hotel at the time of booking.

This hotel is just in front of the metro and a lot of buses also stop in front of the entrance (including buses going to city center and airport). The rooms are very clean with a modern furniture. The breakfast is good but the breakast service needs more organisation (impossible to find a free table at 9am and the waitress did not have time to deserve the tables). The personnel was very good and helpful to show where we are and where we can have a good dinner. The area of the hotel is not in the hypercenter but only 20mn by foot or 10mn by bus. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellent value for money. My room was, perhaps, too tiny for an average (but still quite tall) Nordic man! The hotel is probably ideal for young couples with a moderate budget looking for a good time in down-town Lisboa.

Although the hotel is in a business area, it is directly at a metro stop, which makes traveling around Lisbon very easy. Rooms are small, but clean and modern, and breakfasts are included.
We would be happy to stay here again, and expect to come back to Lisbon soon.

Totalmente recomendable.

Wen I arrived, I am arranged a room which is not clean up yet. I dont expect the hotel should give me a room like that. really ppor impressive. but after clean up, it is much better. the breakfast is not really good. the location is nice, just next to bus stop and metro station

It's a very nice hotel. Stayed there for 4+1 nights. Excellent location, normal breakfast (nothing too exciting). Staff friendly and helpful. Try to avoid the smaller rooms on the top floor, as the quietness is very poor (we were awakened at 7 am by the neighbor TV viewing, which was very disturbing). Generally good experiences, worth going there.

The hotel was generally very good, especially taking into account the price.
It is exactly in front of a metro station, thus it's very easy to move from/to.
Unfortunately, differently from the advertisement, the "included internet access" is only available in front of the reception, provided you bring with you not only your laptop but also your own cable!
The rooms are quite small, and you could find people from the service entering in without knocking at the door!!
But generally, I'd come back again here.

The hotel is well located: the metro stop is just out of the door and the bus to the airport stops at the corner. The city center is not so far by foot too. The rooms are very clean and the building is just renewed, it seems new! Very good!

We have a room on the 6th floor. On the 7th floor is the breakfast room. Because of this it was very noisy in the morning!
Otherwise the accommodation was very good!
Nice rooms and perfect location beside the metro station.
