There are comfortable double, twin and triple fully equipped rooms, all having private bathroom, desk and lamp, colour and satellite TV with incorporated alarm, free tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial phone and Internet plug.

We came to the hotel with 3 children, but were given rooms on different sides of the building, with the triple roome being on the second floor (external staircase), facing over a fence into some wilderness. Consequently, we had to split adults and children between the rooms, and could not communicate throughout our stay. This has all but ruined our holiday.

The map of the hotel provided on the website was completely incorrect. We wasted nearly two hours trying to find the hotel in Lille. It was very frustrating.

There was no air-conditioning and the staff looked blankly at us when we asked about the possibility of a fan. Since the only, small window that opened was straight out onto the motel-like walkway to other rooms, it was difficult to ventilate the room. Apart from the hotel's own restaurant, there are no other facilities in the near vicinity. Signposting to the hotel, which is tucked away in the middle of nowhere, is very poor. They attempted to charge me more than the rate agreed with Venere.com.
